They did a great job with my retractable banners. Prices are higher than most online ordering places but you get the comfort of knowing what you'll get. Friendly and good customer service.

As always, this place is the best shipping option around. Elvis is a smart guy and he is very competent and running on all 8 cylinders. He is smart, nice, helpful and eager to assist. I called a UPS place before them to price out the cost at both Fed Ex and UPS. I needed to have a large piece of art shipped, The things those ladies said gave me zero confidence in their ability to execute anything as complex as even a take out order. They wasted my time and couldn't offer a better solution than Elvis at the best Fed Ex print and ship.

I had gifts to print out and thankfully, FedEx came to the rescue! I'm always guaranteed an affordable rate with quality results.One of my gifts was ready for printing and an associate helped me pick out the best paper, gloss/matte, and size for the frame I had brought for it. I appreciated how quickly it was printed and the quality was stunning. Even coming two days before Christmas, FedEx saved the day and made it possible to gift something so special. Thank you!

Barbara from this location is extremely unhelpful and rude. Makes my experience at Fedex very unpleasant. Will be going to UPS going forward

I used to drive all the way to the Cupertino de enza location although I lived near this one. The manager may be talkative and nice to certain people but he is talkative when there is a long line of people. He does not work smart, his hands are so slow, and he is not good with tech. At the Cupertino location, they always give me a pen and paper if I don't have the address written down on a envelope. This dude scolded me when I asked for one and told me to spell the whole address out, which was Korean, and then took forever to do it. And he still always refuses to give me a pen and paper!!! One day, he was chit chatting with a lady when there were six people in line and I had to pick up my child. I waited 17 minutes to drop off an envelope with the label printed out. He cannot multi task for the smallest things at all. And the worst part is- he is always there.

I have a physical disability and standing around balancing on my walker and trying to make copies is a struggle. My usual experience here is that one of the staff comes over and asks me if I need help. I gratefully accept the help. On my most recent visit, Pablo was very professional, efficient, and respectful. Many of the machines were not working, and only one copier was up and running (thus, the four stars instead of five). Pablo completed the job quickly and that freed up the machine for others who were waiting. He helped them as well since there was only that one machine working. Pablo rocks!

So my wife tried calling to find out if our packages were on hold for pick up! So she was put on hold. Someone else processed to pick up and asked her if she needed help. She asked about the packages. The worker there asked for a tracking number, and as she was giving it, the worker rudely interrupted her, asking only for the last four. He didn't state that initially.She then asked if they could be picked up tomorrow, and all the worker told her she needed to bring someone with her because the boxes were heavy and then hung up! The lack of customer service and professionalism was absent and not a good representation of the organization. I'm going to leave it there, or my comment will be removed even though I'm just trying to help future customers

Arrived here on a Monday afternoon around 12:45 pm to do some printing for a return label. Spacious parking lot, so no worries there. Not that many customers inside and about 3 FedEx associates tending to the store. I didn't need any help since I went to the self service printer. Super accessible and easy to do instructions by either having a USB or sending a file to the store email address and inputting a specific code. Was done within 5 minutes of doing a one page print job. Quick, seamless, and no hassle with the printers!

Every time I have a poor experience, I waffle on whether to review. What ceases to amaze me is when I then go read reviews for a particular business or location, it's the same scenarios rinse and repeat. I dealt with two individuals at this location, one of which was the asst store manager and it was an awful experience. For context, I had to ship books out with prepaid labels for work and the last item was boxed and a return. When I arrived Alfred was helping a woman on the printer/copier. I couldn't see them but I was alarmed when I heard a store employee yelling at the customer "aren't you paying attention?! I told you to choose..." I heard the customer who was caught off guard respond that she was confused as it had been awhile since she had used the service. I heard him then berate her over putting her card in the reader. I was completely shocked as you could hear a pin drop amongst other customers. Then Alfred called me to the counter, saw I was holding items that needed labels and asked me to email them. I obliged, asked for the email and got back in line (I expected this but was standing in line to get the email and ask what boxes to use for my corresponding box labels.) I figured once I made it back through the line I would ask about the boxes at the counter as he hadn't given me a chance before turning me away. He then proceeds to direct/yell at me to box the items (while I'm still in line.) He pointed at some boxes/sleeves and so I boxed them. Completely embarrassed by this point because I had been hoping to ask when I got to the counter (it wasn't THAT busy.) I got to the counter and he then told me I used the wrong boxes and shamed me in front of everyone. Look - I literally would have done anything to get out of there at that point. He goes on break, the next guy helps me and I let him know Alfred had taken my return from the scale and one of the labels I printed was for the box. He literally said to another customer "I don't have time for this (referencing my situation.)" If I could have walked out at that point I would have but it was a $1k returned product. We found the box, on the floor where I told him it would be. I don't expect everyone who's in customer service to love it - customers can be awful now a days. That said I do expect to be treated with respect and an ounce of care when this isn't my forte. After reading other reviews it sounds like this is a continuing issue, particularly for women at this location. Do yourself a favor and go see Lorayne at the Saratoga Ave location. She's kind and patient.

I only come to this fedex location because I live around the corner. Every time I do come in to this location the counter is EMPTY & nobody greets you how other locations do on the contrary the employees (if you can call them that) avoid eye contact as much as possible. Even the manager does this what a shame, I took great advice before from someone if you do not like your job find another!

Alfred treated me very rudely and unwelcoming. He needs to improve his experience on customer service and his level of friendliness towards people. He refused to help me at the computer workstation because he claimed he was busy. At 8pm he stood by the door and said they were closed and I acknowledged him. I was rushing to finalize my work and I needed a quick guidance on the final step of my work so I asked him once again for help (so I could get out of there) and he said they were closed. I asked if he was refusing to help customers and I reminded him of his initial refusal to help me and his tone of voice combined with his personality was extremely rude and unprofessional. That's when he said that he didn't help me because he was busy. I told him that he had bad customer service and then he told me to leave. I hope he's not in management position because he has poor managing skills. Every FedEx office that I've gone to has treated me kindly and is always willing to help. Will was amazing! He took the time to help me at the workstation, he was very friendly, kind, extremely helpful and patient. He answered all my questions and never made me feel rushed or that I was burden. I'm so glad this location has Will because he goes above and beyond to give you a positive experience. He's very caring and professional. He's also attentive and is a huge asset to this company.
