I never thought I would a FedEx store could be as disappointing as this one. The shipper put the address on my package, asked me if it was correct, accepted my money and shipped it. Hummmm never delivered. Well it turns out they don't deliver to post office boxes. Maybe you could tell the shipper that before you accept the package and my money. Or at least have the courtesy to call me back and say you made a mistake or reimburse me for my package when it never gets delivered. I'm beyond frustrated

I went there because, i ordered something required need to be returned to FedEX, though I brought back in the package it came in, the manager there helped me and say I have buy a box, but second time I went there I see they had a bag I could have used, I think, it is weird that at UPS they don't even make me buy a bag, sometimes to return!

I walked into FedEx asking for help to operate the machine because it was unclear how to utilize it due to the existing screen lack of prompt. The first employee I spoke with abruptly told me he was ending his shift and didn't guide me to anyone available (not helpful). I then found someone and he didn't seem too happy to help me. He seemed like he did not enjoy his job. I definitely walked away with an unpleasant experience

The owner/manager was rude and cocky on the phone and in person. But the notary public lady was the complete opposite thankfully because I came to this FedEx for that reason

Came here near closing the day before and provided my project for printing (a poster print) and unfortunately, my file was deleted by mistake! Thankfully, I was reached out to early the following morning, and they were able to meet the expected deadline I was provided despite the confusion. I've printed with FedEx in the past, and they do a stunning job. Whether it was their self service printers (which provide clean and crisp prints) or their assisted print projects (they always do a stunning job) my expectations are surpassed. I've printed a banner, posters, business cards - just a bit of everything, and I've always received amazing attention to detail with stunning results at this location.I feel like this location is well managed and staffed at all times, so you aren't waiting in too long of a line. I think with that being said, this also was my experience with turn around time with prints and projects as well!I think the staff and collaboration process here makes this location one to partner with. I've had less than favorable experiences elsewhere for printing, but this FedEx helps me make my printing dreams a reality! Helpful tips :- Review the standards for printing such as getting your image in high resolution to meet your expectations/print size- Call ahead of time for printing turn around times or check the website since they provide general time frames based on the project- Give yourself enough time for your project , last minute isn't always possible with their printing machines (for banners , but posters are likely to be done faster regardless)I'm so glad I've been coming to this location for the past 8 months for my projects, and will continue to direct anyone here if they're looking to print or create. Thanks again!

Simple and straightforward. Nothing to complain about except appreciate the efficiency here. Our go to whenever we need to drop off stuff.

I was helped by Don, who was especially kind and helpful. Unfortunately the assistant manager seemed like they were having a bad day or something (moody and unhelpful). Thankfully Don stepped in to help me. Don's the man.

Every time I have a poor experience, I waffle on whether to review. What ceases to amaze me is when I then go read reviews for a particular business or location, it's the same scenarios rinse and repeat. I dealt with two individuals at this location, one of which was the asst store manager and it was an awful experience. For context, I had to ship books out with prepaid labels for work and the last item was boxed and a return. When I arrived Alfred was helping a woman on the printer/copier. I couldn't see them but I was alarmed when I heard a store employee yelling at the customer "aren't you paying attention?! I told you to choose..." I heard the customer who was caught off guard respond that she was confused as it had been awhile since she had used the service. I heard him then berate her over putting her card in the reader. I was completely shocked as you could hear a pin drop amongst other customers. Then Alfred called me to the counter, saw I was holding items that needed labels and asked me to email them. I obliged, asked for the email and got back in line (I expected this but was standing in line to get the email and ask what boxes to use for my corresponding box labels.) I figured once I made it back through the line I would ask about the boxes at the counter as he hadn't given me a chance before turning me away. He then proceeds to direct/yell at me to box the items (while I'm still in line.) He pointed at some boxes/sleeves and so I boxed them. Completely embarrassed by this point because I had been hoping to ask when I got to the counter (it wasn't THAT busy.) I got to the counter and he then told me I used the wrong boxes and shamed me in front of everyone. Look - I literally would have done anything to get out of there at that point. He goes on break, the next guy helps me and I let him know Alfred had taken my return from the scale and one of the labels I printed was for the box. He literally said to another customer "I don't have time for this (referencing my situation.)" If I could have walked out at that point I would have but it was a $1k returned product. We found the box, on the floor where I told him it would be. I don't expect everyone who's in customer service to love it - customers can be awful now a days. That said I do expect to be treated with respect and an ounce of care when this isn't my forte. After reading other reviews it sounds like this is a continuing issue, particularly for women at this location. Do yourself a favor and go see Lorayne at the Saratoga Ave location. She's kind and patient.

This is one of my go-to FedEx offices for printing. The process is as easy as emailing them the document you want printed, receiving a retrieval code moments later, entering the code on one of the printers in store, and selecting how many and the color. Could not be easier. The employees at this location are helpful and usually pretty friendly too. The parking lot can be a bit crazy at times with all the medical offices and multiple entrances into the lot. If you park a bit down the way instead of right up front it's usually a little less hectic and easier to get out.

Someday I will find the time to really dig in and understand the logistics model behind FedEx. It's incredible what they and other similar companies do if you step back and really think about it. For not that much money, they take your package, take it to the airport, put it on a plane, and then truck it to the address in another part of the country or the world and in a really short amount of time. I digress!I had to mail a package and made a stop here. It was super easy...friendly staff too. Literally took like 10 seconds to go in and out. It helped that there wasn't a line. Great

I have gone here three times and the doors were locked (no access to drop off) every time. I once was let in by someone who works in the building. They were very nice.
