“Dr. Borodulin is an amazing doctor. She literally saved my life few years ago by catching a problem early.. She is really great diagnostician because of her amazing attention to detail. Not many doctors are able to pay attention to many small details as well to see the whole person, I think she is really smart and one time she caught a medication mistake that my cardiologist made. I feel that her recommendations are always right on target. I trust her. She has great communication skills, always patiently answering all my questions. Her staff is friendly and helpful. I have been going to Dr. Borodulin for the past 20 years, and I always new that I've got a great doctor by my side for any health issue, big or small. I highly recommend Dr. Borodulina to anyone.”

“Dr. Sims is the most detailed physician! He is excellent at informing his patients. Scheduling same-day appointments with him is easy as well as getting prescriptions refilled. He is also quick to reply on My Chart and to accommodate telehealth requests. In my experience, I feel his care sits healthily between holistic and westernized. Before jumping to the first medicine to fix a problem, he checks panels and suggests supplements that can support underlying issues! 10/10 would recommend!”
“Making an appointment was easy, wait time decent, and service exceptional!! I was at a different urgent care(sutter in Mtview) this past week but they did nothing. Action took 3 swabs for different types of viruses and a pee sample. Then they were able to pinpoint what was wrong and prescribed me meds that I was able to pick up right away. Action will be my go-to urgent care from now on. Thank you so much!!”

“I had a penile and testicular examination performed by Dr Zohreh Azadfar. She did not rush but took her time performing exam was very thorough answered all my concerns. She is a compassionate, proffesional and thorough dr... She cares for her patients well being and its comforting to know everything to help is being done. Nurses and staff in hospital building are patient and kind guide you staff does. Lab work done here and pretty fast and easy”

Most recently the wonderful staff at Roots Community Health Center were able to help me in my time if need during last minute emergency situation regarding my medication... Previously the team here helped me regain control of my life with a fantastic weight loss regime and wonderful advice regarding my weight loss plan. One thing that I especially appreciate about Roots Community Health Center is how super knowledgeable, understanding, and truly caring they are! I truly believe that the team here genuinely cares for their patients and that is something that is difficult to find these days!”

“So lets face it, even if healthy going to a hospital is no bueno. It can take time, its literally full of sick people, and can be expensive. We needed my son to be seen quickly before he left for school. Since our main PAMF location was booked we chose this one as it had appointment that day. It seems to be a newer location. Plenty of parking, helpful staff, and they got us in and out as quickly as possible. You cannot ask for more than that”

“Clean, attentive and quick care. I've been to this one medical a number of times and they've always been on time and all of the doctors and nurses have been kind of caring especially Doctor Fell. Highly recommended, though due to the popularity of the location, it can be somewhat hard to book an appointment.I am on a PPO plan though which caps my visit costs to a copay amount.”
