Was here for a work trip, it was clean, near shopping, restaurants and I got UberEats delivered directly to my room.

the first impression is very important
As soon as you walk in, you have to deal with mean girls at the front desk, kind of mess up your whole stay, you hate your job and people so much go get job somewhere else.
Rooms are small but clean , and there are lots of restaurants around to go if you like to eat outside. Finding parking is a challenge.

Great place to stay in Campbell - quiet place even though it is located in the Pruneyard shopping center and right next-door to Rock Bottom brewery. Other good food options include a Mexican restaurant, Peet’s and all the other stores, shops and restaurants in the Pruneyard. Walking distance (10 - 15 minutes) to downtown Campbell. Parking is free but unregulated so the hotel lot fills up if you arrive late - then need to get a pass from the hotel to park in the Pruneyard lot overnight.

I got a low quality room 1*, without the possibility of changing. Outside the window a loud fan, I can't sleep peacefully without earplugs. At the reception an exceptionally rude guy, he makes mistakes, takes the deposit twice, permanent lier. Drama.

Great location for San Jose. Parking was free and always available. Super close to everything you need and in a good area. The service was amazing! Free cookies. This was the highlight of our trip because my son is allergic to everything and the cookies were allergen free. I met 5 different front desk people and they all had good vibes. The rooms were clean and the jacuzzi was nice. The fitness center was small but all the equipment was new and worked perfectly. This was a great spot and overall affordable.

The hotel and rooms are pretty nice. They are pretty bad with inventory management, though. The 2 times I’ve stayed here, the first time I was gives the room number and key to a room that was literally occupied by other guests when I opened the door. And the second time they switched me to a less expensive room the morning of my checkin, and didn’t mention it or adjust the price I payed until I had come back to the desk and let them know the room wasn’t what I booked.

Fantastic location with tons to do, great dining. Hotel is okay, a little loud and looks to be a little older. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Would return again for sure. Advise getting 2nd or 3rd floor rooms if possible to cut down on pool/people noises

I had a good time during my business trip. Room was big and comfy. Was able to quickly connect tv to Netflix and watch something before going to bed. Comfortable bed. One of the lifts was out of service that is some of inconvenience during stay, but a minor one. There is a restaurant in the lobby, but hadn’t had a chance to go there. Breakfast buffet is reasonable.Rooms: Rooms are good, big and clean.Walkability: Supermarket and restaurants are close to the hotel.Food & drinks: Reasonable breakfast buffet. A lot of restaurants and bars nearby.

Room had a humid and smoky/bad body odor scent. Pool view was NOT a view and not worth the upgrade - it faced a wall and roof with steaming vessels of another building and cannot see the small little pool down below. Service was mediocre. Staff weren't smiling or speedy. Things took hours to get from the beginning of check-in to the end of check-out with blame over aplogies. Not staying here again.

I had stayed here a year ago and my experience was ok. This time I just checked in and it has been very disappointing. Their parking lot was full. They told me to park where the restaurants are with a tag they provide. It was pouring rain and that is a 10 min walk. Then I come to the room. I am ready for bed after a 6 hour flight. The room overlooks their pool. There are bunch of people having fun which is fine but the window has no sound proofing and it is as if they are in the room. I ask for a room change. They are all full so unable to accommodate. They tell me to try next day at noon. I’ll be at work at noon. Too bad. I had booked this for 5 days for work. Very disappointed Really poor service. The rooms are ok. The bathrooms were renovated in the last 10 years, so no complaints. But the AC and windows are from the 80s. Carpet is grungy. The location is good but not worth the trouble. I’ll be looking elsewhere.Rooms: Are very noisy depending on where they overlook. Get parking lot or pool view. Pool is a concrete courtyard so echos like crazy. Parking lot view is quieter.

I am very pleased and surprised that Toni was able to accommodate me other my stay at the Hilton. She was very humble and happy. I am grateful for her friendliness and because of her I will be coming back when I visit the Bay Area next time I am in the area. Thanks Toni, you are truly amazing and I can’t wait o be helped by you again soon!

We had to pop in here with literally no notice -- we had a home emergency -- and they were AMAZING! They had a room available when we arrived which was IMMACULATE and had a little air on. They gave us warm cookies when we checked in, and Alex the manager even sent us a text to check that we had everything we needed. What a special touch! I almost hated to leave. I would absolutely stay there again, and you should too.
