i had been cutting my own curly hair (??) for two-ish years before coming here because i never really had good experiences at salons. if you have curls and want someone who understands them, definitely get your hair cut by jason here! i’ve had two back to back haircuts here that have grown out exactly the way i had wanted them to. trust jason with my curls more than i trust myself ????

If you have curly hair, you MUST visit Jason here at Diva’s! I went in for a cut and he worked with me to change my part and help give my curls more volume. Super knowledgeable, kind and clearly loves what he does. The salon had great vibes and the other stylists were super nice. Would recommend Jason and this salon to anyone looking for a good haircut.

Jason, is the best! He has been my hairstylist for 20+ years! I’m always open for a new twist in style, color etc, and he always come thru with a fun look, a statement, and a work of Art, on on my head! Makes me so happy! He’s So refined, & professional! I now live out of state, and MISS his work so much!! When I visit San Jose, I will ALWAYS set appt for the BEST cut & color ever!

Jason is easily the very best person ever to have colored, cut and styled my hair in my 50 years on Earth.Easily.He's the ONLY stylist that I've ever had that I feel the utmost confidence in, and don't ask him for anything in particular, because I don't need to. I feel like he already knows exactly what to do to make me look my best, and it's enormous for me, because I don't spend time looking at magazines or doing my hair on the daily, which is why having a creative, great stylist and cut is key for me.

Open space and welcoming atmosphere. I go to Jason, who has always done an above and beyond job with my type 3c/4a curly hair. If you are looking for someone to cut, shape, style, dye, bleach,or dyeyour curly hair I recommend asking for Jason.

This review is long overdue. I have been going to Jason Karam for about 5 years now and I highly recommend him. I have tried other hair stylists and not had consistent results. After a haircut with Jason. my hair always looks great with minimal effort and time. I always return looking good and feeling confident. I would say that he really has the skill to maintain the integrity of curly / wavy hair. He is the BEST and I highly recommend him.

Diva's is still my go to for excellent hair care and styling. Large salon with 10 or more roomy stations with cool decorations and artwork and music playing in the background. Plenty of free parking in the lot (facing Bascom Ave and more behind the building).Quality stylists, including owner Sandy Franke (the best!). Very friendly atmosphere, clean and well stocked, with quality products available for purchase. Support your local small businesses - they need our support after the last couple years - Let Diva's staff take care of your hair and styling and you'll definitely come back for more.

Phil Rivas is awesome when it comes to Highlights, cut and color on my hair. I work with many members at my job and receive many compliments on my hair. I've also had my nails done by Lisa and she's also awesome. Love Divas!

Jason changed my whole hair world! my lifelong battle with curly, thick, frizzy hair. He understands it, knows how to work with it and gave me opposing ideas on how to work with it than from what I was familiar with. And the cut..... totally changed the manageability, shape and longevity of my style. It's not weighted down, easy to work with and I love it!! Great at color too!

When I saw Isaac, for this major transformation, the lockdown was freshly over. By that time, my hair was way way way past my shoulders, and basically to the lower middle, part of my back. Because of my age or stress, my hair started to get thinner, and looked horribly stringy and limp. So, after much debating, I decided to chop it all off & go for ultra short style. Isaac spent literally, a couple of hours on getting my hair absolutely perfect. He checked in with me constantly, using a couple of pictures to start but tailoring it to my hair& face. He didn't charge me extra and didn't rush me at all. My parents have both started seeing him. My sister in law and my nephews saw him while they were in town. My sister in law, has very curly hair and she got her hair colored. Her hair has never looked better! Now, basically everyone in my family, who has hair, has gotten their hair done by Isaac, and are looking forward to having their hair done while visiting, again.
