This CVS is always understaffed. Last Friday, there were 10 people in line waiting to pick-up prescription and 4 to drop-off and there was only one clerk at the desk. To make things worst and very interesting, the one clerk at pick-up began to hit on a customer. They were talking about where they were from, where he worked, how long she was in the country and lastly, they exchanged phone numbers. Needless to say, they were both wearing wedding rings. All of this happening while people were waiting!

Unacceptable, unprofessional pharmacy. They do care about the patients, they don't answer the patient's phone calls.

It takes 14 hours to collect an online order from 1 position - very bad! then don't promise that the order will be ready in 1 hour.

CVS really helped me in my food poisoning situation – I gave a call to inquire about availability of a certain medication at about midnight, the lady on the phone was really nice and even checked the shelf for availability of what I needed. And they had it! After my husband drove through a few places, at such a late hour, CVS was the only one to solve my problem. Thankful to the nice people who checked the availability over phone, as website and app are misleading sometime.

The people that work here are nice and friendly. The place is clean and organized. They have wide variety of products. Their prices are competitive. I don't really use medications so I have very little experience with the pharmacy. Over all, my experience at this CVS has been pretty good. However, my experience isn't excellent. ,

This pharmacy here is garbage. It's extremely slow, and they are always out of stock - oh you want your medicine? Sorry, you're going to have to wait an entire week to get it. That's fine for refills, but when you're actually sick it unacceptable.

While it's convenient to have a nearby location for prescriptions and basic health needs, the service often falls short. Long wait times at the pharmacy counter and disorganized shelves make it frustrating to find what I need. Additionally, the staff can be indifferent and unhelpful at times.

While the pharmacy staff is great, they are chronically understaffed. Today it was a 20 minute wait to pick up my prescriptions. One pharmacy tech was working two registers to try speed things up.

Follow up with medication is terrible. I have been waiting for an insurance verification for my medication and the still haven't followed up on it. Just horrible
