Five stars because I've never had a bad experience here in 7 years. Every associate is pleasant. I have used their pharmacy and always had good service. People hate too often, A. Cause they're lazy, B. Cause they have nothing better to do than complain. For instance in the comments, No one cares about your misery nor problems; just as an FYI.

If there was an option to give this place zero stars I would the pharmacist is obviously not aware of customer service or customer satisfaction. Being a person in the healthcare field I would have appreciated a more kinder and respectful approach. AVOID this pharmacy as much as you can

If i could give negative stars i would. This store is by far the worst pharmacy i have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. They never have my prescriptions ready even though the automated system says they are. When i had back surgery they couldn't get my prescriptions together for two days because they said they were to busy. They have even told me my prescription was read but didn't even have it in stock. This place is the worst! Do not use them if you want your meds in a timely manner!

Very bad experience I haven’t seen a pharmacy like this in my life . They don’t give the prescribed medicine on time one time my husband has to go three times to get my three medicine. Also they don’t let you know the status of the medication , they also don’t do the job they supposed to like call the doctor and be ready

I made an appointment to get a flu shot from this CVS pharmacy. I received a confirmation email confirming my appointment. When I arrived during my scheduled time slot I was informed that they were only providing flu shots to individuals over the age of 65. It would have been great to know that when scheduling the appointment... or at least receive a phone call letting me know they couldn't fulfill the appointment before driving all the way down there and risking exposure during a global pandemic...

This CVS is the BEST! Specifically Mike the manager, Michael, and the lovely young female cashier working the evening shift on 9/13. My best friend turned 21 today and we had called over 10 CVS' looking for a limited edition Hello Kitty plush. Mike was one of the only ones to take the time out and check for us. He let us know that he had a few in stock and let us choose from the variety when we got there. He made us laugh and really helped to make my best friend's birthday so special. Seriously, I see so many negative reviews for this location.. but they all have some serious customer service skills! Please give them all a raise or something!

I would like to give a special thanks to the manager, Michael aka Mike. He was very nice. I called him on the phone asking for an in stock item on the limited edition Halloween themed hello kitties. He told me he had a few in stock and that if I wanted too, I can swing by and look for him. He also told me what time to he gets off too. My best friend & I have called multiple cvs' for them, but most of them either sold out or never received shipment. Mike went out of his way to go to the back and grab us all the hello kitties he had left in stock, wished me a happy birthday, made jokes & told us that he was happy we called before coming because it was meant to be. I really want to thank Mike for all of the hard work. Cashier was very friendly as well. Made a nice conversation with us and wished me a happy birthday as well. Overall, great experience and will definitely be coming back to this cvs :)

I was surprised to see that this CVS is open 24/7! That's a rarity these days. One other shocker was that this CVS actually had isopropyl alcohol in stock (even though it was just one last bottle which I snagged) for do-it-yourself disinfectant. They do have hand sanitizer in stock as well. In terms of Covid preparedness...the way the employees were wearing their masks made me cringe. They did not have them covering their noses. Luckily they were behind plexiglass at checkout which I guess was probably protecting me more than them at this point. I also noted that they were not wearing gloves. It's great that there's a ton of signage outside about Covid but it was disappointing to see their own employees not heeding that advice. They were friendly enough however and tried to make some small talk.

Says open 24 hours on website, on phone, and on door. None of the various papers on front door say anything about a change in hours, other than dedicated hours for elderly. However, the front door does say open 24 hours every day several different times. Apparently 24 hours does not mean 4am, even though I could clearly see several workers in the store. Called the store while staring at someone, triple checked the hours on the phone, transferred call to the front store and rang rang rang until it hung up. Did that 2x and no answer. Eventually the guy looked at me and hand motioned that they were closed. If you're not going to be open during the posted (everywhere) hours, then change the damn postings. This is just lazy.

Amazingly horrible experience. This pharmacy does not seem to care that making multiple trips in - in failed attempts to pick up prescriptions (many mistakes made!!) during COVID-19 presents higher risk exposure.

Pretty sad that this place decides to charge over $15 for an eight pack of toilet paper during the coronavirus pandemic. There should be some type of law that protects people against this type of price gouging during a pandemic. Toilet paper is part and parcel with human dignity and CVS has decided to charge this much for eight rolls of toilet paper. Sad to see!!

This place sure knows how to run a pharmacy. Be prepared to get in line to be told you have to wait. Only to go back in line again. They clearly suspended any logic on how to deal with folks dropping off, picking up and consulting. If you come here, make sure to have plenty of time at hand.

I'm done with CVS Pharmacy and will transferring all my prescriptions somewhere else. The pharmacy staff is completely inflexible and sold me a drug at full price, which turned out to beunnecessary, instead of helping fine another solution. Honestly, I hate the way pharmacies have consolidated leaving consumers little choice. The topper, at CVS, are the constant soliciting outside the store. It's annoying and I feel like I need a 'No Solicitors' sign around my neck!

This is just in regards to their pharmacy. They tend to lose prescriptions. Hard to say if it's a human error but I switched locations and haven't had a problem since. Send your prescriptions here at your own risk.
