I have been going there serveral years and was satisfied up until this time. I had very poor service and had to go back three times before my computer was fixed. The technician, in my opinion, did not know what they were doing. The manager should have stepped in and switched technicians or at least acknowledged the problem, but he didn't until the last day when I picked it up. He just ask if everything was okay and I said that I would charge him for the gas for the three trips. I may not go there again.

I took my 2020 Samsung Notebook 9 Pro to ClickAway for a free diagnostic repair of my broken and malfunctioning computer notebook keyboard. The IT Technician Aidan performed the necessary diagnostics and discussed the problems with me. I agreed to proceed with ordering the electronic parts which included installing a new internal keyboard and a new motherboard. This is extremely delicate work. I saw on YouTube what it involves and it's basically like doing micro-electronic surgery. IT Technician Aidan did a 100% perfect job. My Samsung notebook works like brand new again! All my data was restored and carefully encrypted. Everything was securely and professionally completed to my full satisfaction. I absolutely recommend ClickAway Campbell. This is your one stop tech shop for anything electronic you want fixed and done right! THEY ARE EXTREMELY KNOWLEDGEABLE AND PROFESSIONAL AND COURTEOUS. I can't over emphasize that this place is where you need to go for help with all of your electronic devices!

Macbook Pro wouldn't turn on and charge. M2 chip macbook, just over 1 year. Apple mentioned they'll need to replace the logic board so I came to this place. Free diagnostic but I knew it was too good to be true... They mentioned this would be done within 24-48 hours, no problem. They tried to sell me a priority turnaround, I declined. I called them after 48 hours and they said it's the logic board (same thing apple mentioned) and they'll need to replace it. They said they have to send it in for cleaning and data stuff and i declined. 55 hours passed and I just went straight to them and demanded to have my laptop back. They said they couldn't release it. I told them to forget the quote and everything, just give me my laptop back. Finally the tech got on the phone with the manager and they were able to release my laptop. Staff was nice but never coming back here. Wasted my time. Was looking for a free diagnostic and a decision to pursue with the fix, not trying to go through several rounds of inspection here just to get charged before getting a fix.
If you're reading this, filter to the lowest rated comments. It's pretty much what others have dealt with too!.

Great spot 5 min away from my house. I needed an sd card adapter for the Mac and I didn’t even know where to go around my house I thought about searching for radio shack but than remembered that was 10 years ago and they don’t exist anymore. I knew Best Buy is far so it’s a pleasure having them in the neighborhood plus the service is super friendly and quick I was the only one in there. Definitely will know I can come here for lots of things.

This place is great. They were very communicative and tried everything they could to solve our bitlockered PC issue. In the end, they couldn't solve it, but I don't hold that against them, it was an impossible task. They had some cool old computer tech (mostly Mac) my five year old was allowed to play with. Will definitely use again for problems I can't solve.

These guys lied to me to get more money. The free diagnosis turned into a $250 diagnosis. After I agreed to pay that, they told me my cooler was broken and it would be dangerous to start the computer without another $250 repair. I called their bluff, picked it up and the cooler is perfectly fine. DO NOT TRUST

I tried to get my Macbook fixed here, I got an estimate (Just the screen was broken). I didn't get any call back within 5 hours. So rightfully so, I called them, I asked why i hadn't received a call back. After stumbling and having them not know what to say. They transfer me to a manager, again i explain, haven't heard from them nor gotten my estimate for how much i'd be. He then goes to tell me it'd be $450, and the manager tells me, "Your port is broken too" and it WASNT! This business tried to take advantage over the fact that I am a girl, and that I am young. They thought they could get an extra $200 out of me. Which is purely absolute insane. I'm so glad I did my research, but seriously telling me I have more than the screen wrong when I didn't. Incredible. I wouldn't trust this business with anything. (i later find this out after going to several other businesses for a diagnostic) and after this I am absolutely outraged. First My macbook is a 2021, and it's easily worth $600 maybe at that Second, telling me I have a "port" broken, which just is such a scam in in itself I fully believe he was trying to take advantage of me and my money. Then He said to start on it'd be 3-5 Days to even begin to work on it, but they'd need a 20% down now. I explained that I have gotten estimates from other businesses prior and I will not be pre suing any type of business with this company. Then he continued to ask me where I found, and he asked me how much I think their labor is worth, among how he will "price match" (clearly desperate for absolutely any business). Again I put my foot down and tell him I found someone who will finish it within the hour for half the price of what he was asking for. He seemed extremely upset with this outcome. Again, if you're thinking about coming here and trying to even get something as little as an estimate for your device, simply DONT! Save your time and save your money. I just think it's ridiculous. overall conclusion; i found someone that fixed it for $200 and he did it under 45 minutes. oh and these guys truly suck. be very careful.

We took my wife's laptop for a tune up since we had purchased their Gold service plan which included free checkups. We were promised the laptop would be ready the following day. Then it was a day after that, because "it was taking longer due to so many viruses discovered".
I was sent an invoice charging me over $200 for a "portable drive and data backup" which I had not agreed upon. They then removed those items from the invoice, and we were able to recover our laptop at the end of the third day.
While at the store I noticed the technicians trying to convince older clients to add software and hardware they most likely not needed. Their technical work seems to be knowledgeable, and the technicians are very nice. But beware of their pressure to add services not asked for nor required.

Brought my Nintendo switch lite motherboard into Ed at click away Campbell to switch out a ribbon cable connector and microcontroller. Ed has experience with console repair and is familiar with and does work like northridgefix. Im a novice pcb tinkerer, and Ed was very approachable with my soldering questions I had on my personal projects. Ed did a great job. Thank you Ed.
