Classic Car Wash, a locally owned and operated business, has been voted the Best Car Wash in Silicon Valley for 20 years by The Mercury News. It offers full-service and express car wash and detailing options, along with a unique Queen’s Chest gift shop that features one-of-a-kind gifts from around the world, including confections, crystal paperweights, women’s jackets, and award-winning red wine. The famous Delta Queen location, built in the shape of a Mississippi Riverboat, is the first themed car wash of its kind and draws many visitors. Customers praise the beautiful setting and great customer service, highlighting knowledgeable staff and a welcoming atmosphere. One employee, in particular, is recognized for helping customers choose the best full-service options and making the experience enjoyable. The location is noted for its quick, convenient service and well-maintained grounds, with many visitors appreciating the clean, well-kept environment. The car wash provides a variety of services, including interior and exterior cleaning, with results often exceeding expectations. Some customers mention that prices can be high, and certain services like vacuuming or trunk cleaning may be limited unless requested. The monthly membership offers discounts, but there have been issues with cancellations and billing, which customers suggest could be clearer and more transparent. Additional amenities such as a snack shop, koi pond, and boutique make the visit more enjoyable, especially for those waiting or bringing kids. While some note minor issues like automatic wax spots or missed barcodes, overall, Classic Car Wash is seen as a top-quality, enjoyable place to keep vehicles clean, with a charming atmosphere and friendly service.

Beautiful place and great service but very confusing. Especially the membership stuff. Please post information online so I don’t have to run around figuring out what I’m paying for when I get here.
