I couldn’t reach this office via phone and then I decided to actually drive there, and realized that it doesn’t even exist. Very frustrating.

I tried to be a model customer but they didn't allow me. I need to schedule a notary service with Campbell branch. I fill their online form days ahead and provide multiple date/time options. Of course, no response whatsoever. I tried to call instead. The robot phone surprisingly requires me to type their representative's name over the phone in order to speak with someone of the branch. I didn't know anyone in the branch, so the robot hung up. I then tried to call the branch manager based on the information from their website. Of course no one picked up the phone and the manager is "busy visiting other three branches".

Drove to Hamilton Ave branch but the note on the door said they are moving to a new location from August. I go to the new location and their offices are nowhere to be found. Today is August 15th. Not good

I went to get an account and they made me do it from home. Ok I guess. Than I actually went and the lady who helped me named Tabitha couldn't even answer any of my questions like what is a debt bond?? Or what is a money market fun??? When I asked the direction I should take since I'm just starting she said choose a video on the app and she said she's not fully licensed yet!!! I wanted to speak to a actual professional!! She said take advice from my grandpa and ask my grandpa this and ask my grandpa that since I told her he does stocks?? This was terrible! Now my account is locked out and I can't even call the branch to speak with them unless I come in with my id I can't even call them??!! Now I have to go back to this place and fight for a person and get an actual appointment at another branch. Someone needs to get fired all the reviews on here are pretty bad too.

I came in two days in a row seeking help getting money into my new checking account so I could get my debit card and was let down.I spoke with the same associate both days explaining I needed to expedite getting my new debit card.On the first day, they were unable to remedy the error the website was giving me when trying to link my external account. Another associate suggested I download the app and use mobile check deposit when I get home as I didn’t have any checks on me. That function in the app did not automatically get approved and said it could take days to be active. They also gave me the paperwork for linking external accounts that I’d need to attach a voided check to but that would take several days as well.I came in today assuming the branch could process the check into my checking account as the app still would not let me use the check deposit function.I spoke to the original associate and recapped my needs. I then gave them a substantial check to process. Instead of informing me the money would get deposited and be trapped in my brokerage, she went ahead and did so without telling me the process. I only noticed when the receipt she gave me said the funds would not be available for a week and asked what that was about.After speaking with several associates on the bank line, I finally learned I could have done a wire online on my external bank’s website the first day of my troubles and would have avoided all this mess. Now I have to wait a week to move the money I intended to have in my checking account. Luckily, the mobile deposit function became active this afternoon and I was able to fund the account in time.As a new client, this experience at the branch was very off-putting. I wish they would have just referred me to the bank phone line with all of my questions/issues the first time I came in and also recognized that what I was asking for and the transaction I was making did not match.

How backward. Schwab boasts that 85% of its employees is working from home but at the expense of clients. A lone worker was tied up on the phone. While a lobby full of clients wanting to deposit funds. After 30 minutes waiting, I demanded service. Another worker appeared. And, Schwab has limited physical locations, and no late and/or weekends hours.

I had good service Great help and smooth sailing during the ameritrade transition.The new place is closer to home too! I can stroll over and get assistance My only concern is thr old platform was better than Schwab!!

Went in for some general financial guidance to see if I could get better guidance than the DIY approach I've been doing for the past 25 years. Guidance aligned with my understanding, decided to let one of their third party advisory firms manage some of my retirement funds. Lets see how they do in next 5 years compared to my DIY approach.

Great financial help. Wonderful people who have their client interest at heart. Straight forward advice and advice on financial matters.Higley recommended.I can call them from overseas and secure emails and free stock purchases and insitful research and newsletters and siminars.Been with schwab for decades now.Five stars ?????

I don't take the time to write negative reviews unless the service I have received is really, really bad. This is one of the worst experiences I have ever had with banking or investing my money. I started off with Intelligent Portfolios (had such a bad experience they recommended I go into the Campbell branch) I went in and met with Evan & Thomas they instructed me on what I needed to do, I got all of the information filled out and uploaded. I then emailed because they said they were my guys if I needed help, once forms were uploaded I wanted to know my next steps. I have called and emailed so many time I can't count with no response. I will be moving my investments elsewhere. This is such a big company, don't think it matters to them

Charles Schwab is terrible. Just one of many problems...you get an important document on an email from someone at Charles Schwab that you need to authorize. You click on the link to review the document and sign it, if appropriate. The link takes you to the Schwab website. You have the username and password and proceed to log on. Their website asks for a two part authorization. The site tells you to call 877-546-0367 to get the authorization (only option). You call the number (1:00PDT) and wait on hold for over 1 hour. You call the Technical Support line and the support person doesn't know how to help. This is just one of many examples I can give of the type of crazy poor service that Charles Schwab gives its customers. I do not recommend Charles Schwab. I only use them because as a Professional Trustee for Trust's I respect my clients (Grantors & Beneficiaries) desire to work with specific Brokerages no matter how poor their service is.

I have been with CS for years. I was driving a fair distance to come here because I liked the person I was working with. However, she moved on and when I tried to contact her and the branch to find out if she is still with CS or if I could get a new advisor, I heard nothing back. I have used the online on phone service but I like talking with some one. I do not understand why I did't get a call back or anything from the branch in Campbell. I would have given 4 stars if I would have been able to get a response to the several messages left.
