I simply tried to make a trade by talking to a representative at Charles schwab and they IMMEDIATELY BLOCKED my account!Why did this ever happen to me?

I couldn’t reach this office via phone and then I decided to actually drive there, and realized that it doesn’t even exist. Very frustrating.
