This is the worst customer service ever. I see that they are about to go out of business according to several business news service.I have used their high speed charger for my BMW for almost 3 years and recently, it stopped charging. Because it is still under warranty, I requested a replacement. I have made 30 phone calls, each time providing more an more information with each call..extending the case each time. Finally, today, they said I need to install an internet connection at the charger for them to diagnos and approve an exchange. They were never going to replace anything, so I am moving on and warning everyone to beware of this company. They will not help you if you have a problem.

Worst service and call center guys I have ever experienced. They are so so dumb and without any knowledge of their own systems that I want to kill myself. Frustrating experience with chargepoint all the time at my work place. Would recommend going with any other charging stations except chargepoints they are so bad and unprofessional.

80% of charge point stations do not work. I've tried four today and three in this airport that do not work. Customer service will spend 20 minutes with you on the phone, standing outside in the freezing or pouring rain, and the system does not work. Charge point should promptly get out of the business.

Charged the MY at 54kw using a CCS to Tesla adapter. Apparently this is the only DCFC working on this site, since some else came and couldn’t use to second one.

Dear ChargePoint: You must maintain and monitor ALL of your charging stations. We/you do NOT have the luxury to allow them to be offline because there are so few stations around. You are feeding right in to the companies fighting to keep Electric cars off the market!

I believe that I have reached the top of the pyramid of terrible customer service. They don't want money. I am begging to buy replacement parts. BEGGING! They will not call back. The email chains just go round and round to know one knows. I don't think the customer service people at the end of the endless email follow ups are even real people. You can call every phone number they have and they will pawn you off to someone else who will then take your information and tell you that someone will call you in 24 hours. You will never get that call. NEVER!My last phone call the operator asked my name and when I told him he told me I have a very sexy name. Yep, that's right. Not only will you get sexually harassed but you will also never ever get any help. I have months of emails to back up all of my complaints. At this point Id take few lewd comments if I actually got any type of follow through from anyone who works for ChargePoint. This is hell. I've died and this is what I'm forced to do now. I have to deal with the terrible, abysmal customer service that is ChargePoint. The company I work for installs EV chargers for local municipalities. You better believe I talk departments out of purchasing ChargePoint because of how bad they are with follow up. If I'm repairing them I want reliable parts and customer service. ChargePoint has none of this. All of the reviews you see post mine are all real. I believe them 100%. I'm not surprised that homeowners are dealing with this either. Its not just you, its very large Cities in the Bay Area that just get taken advantage of by ChargePoint. Another company like PG&E that we are forced to deal with. Stop investing in this company and go look at small more affordable and better customer serviced EV charging companies. Don't let this over priced non customer service, non maintenance accommodating company take over the market. They don't deserve it.

This is probably the only Charge Point location I would recommend. The chargers are basically always working and I’ve never been harassed by security or entitled Porsche drivers. No toilets, but plenty of bushes to pee in. Be respectful folks, empty those bottles before you recycle them.

What an incredibly frustrating experience. Can't log in to the app and consequently can't pair my charger because my assigned password from my cable company has dashes in it. Good luck getting an easy password change from cable companies....how can a company create an app that doesn't accept dashes in a password. Insane....then if you have two separate chargers you can't use the same app you have to create a new email address and link the second charger to another email account....One question: who is doing the technical design for the CP. Clearly someone without forethought. On a positive note the customer service folks are pleasant, they just can't do anything because the app design is flawed. Buy with caution.

When you first open the app it requests a payment method for an auto account credit of $10 every time you plug into charge an EV car. What they never show or even ask for you to agree to is being charged more than $10 (some monthly payment) to fill your account if you use the stations often. They never even ask if this would be option customers want or agree to, they just do it without permission. This company is unlawful by requesting payment not agreed upon by both parties. This is bad business and harmful to customers who count on paying only what they agreed to pay ($10 + accruals of time used, by prices stated at specified stations). This company has bad practices and low morals towards their customers. And customer service is a joke (emails don't work/ bad address, calling is a waste of time, no way to get anything fixed...not even canceling an account).

This company is IMPOSSIBLE to get a hold of. They lack in customer service and reliability. You have to direct message on IG or Twitter to get even a vague response. Their AR/Rewewals team take days to respond with a vague unhelpful response. I highly recommend NOT getting into service with this company. All the negative reviews are accurate. Also, their chatbox is very unhelpful. No way to speak to a live customer service rep; the chat bot simply sends unhelpful links to unhelpful support numbers. It's insane. I find this company thoroughly mismanaged, in fact, I don't think it's managed at all.

The software on the system makes it difficult to use. Difficult to have more than one chargePoint on the one system. Cannot switch between the different systems.

Their customer service is worse than the reliability of their chargers. My charger does not and has never functioned properly. Escalated calls only get more frustrating as it seems the higher up the chain you go, the less competent the individual becomes.

The additional fee for .25 a min is crazy! Why would you pay more for parking while charging?? How else would you charge? I prefer Volta or electrifyamerica to them

Chargepoint is correctly named...they are there to overcharge money. I hooked up my plug in hybrid which takes less than two hours to charge. Instead of stopping automatically as in the past, it kept...charging money for another 8 hours. They took care of it but who wants to have to hassle with this? Avoid if possible and check your account.
