They are not interested in your business. In January 2024, I called Carstar Campbell on Thu for an appointment for an estimate, made an appointment for Tuesday next week. Came on Tuesday, the person who met me briefly looked at the car damages said it will be someone else who will prepare an estimate and send it to me within 3 days. Surprisingly long, but ok.. Then no contact for more than a week, and I went with another body shop. Many weeks passed now, still no contact of any kind. Will not consider for any future repairs.

Made an appointment to get an estimate. A few pictures were taken and I was told the estimate would be sent to me. I never received anything. I called after a week and they said they thought they were waiting on insurance (I am self pay) and they’d send the estimate right over. I never received an estimate. I guess they don’t need the business.

Excellent service - car looks new, inside and out ! Scratches are gone and the interior detailing was icing on the cake. They were also prompt and finished a day earlier than scheduled. Pickup/ drop off to rental car from the CARSTAR site was very convenient as well. Overall, stellar service and I highly recommend for all your body shop needs.

A dent to the hood , front grill and bumper led us to CARSTAR Campbell and boy they made the whole experience such amazing. Ezekiel is a phenomenal customer service person and he helped us from the start to the end like an absolute rockstar. Took the car for an initial inspection (we have Statefarm insurance and their shop was a recommendation) and Ezekiel welcomed me with a cheerful smile and definitely made me feel at ease given a bit of anxiety sets in when you are driving to a bodyshop for repairs. The attention to detail and commitment to quality were evident throughout the entire process. He did a quick walkthrough around the car with me and was able to assess the damage , the parts that needed to be ordered and as well a timeline was provided as to by when the ordered parts would be available at the shop to proceed further with the fix.The professionalism and expertise demonstrated definitely instilled confidence in the services provided. We were informed about the parts coming in and were able to setup an appointment to drop the car. The repairs on the vehicle were completed ahead of the scheduled time , and the results looked great. It's clear that your technicians take pride in their work, and the craftsmanship is truly commendable. Additionally, the transparent communication and regular updates on the progress of the repairs were greatly appreciated. The cleanliness and organization of your facility also contributed to a positive overall experience (yeah parking in there sometimes can get a bit tight though i have seen a lot of bodyshops not taking good care of their workspace area etc). It's apparent that you prioritize not only the quality of the repairs but also the customer's comfort and satisfaction. Carstar Campbell, your commitment to excellence has earned our trust for sure, and I will certainly recommend your services to friends and family in need of automotive repairs. Thank you once again for your outstanding service!!!

I can not express how extremely satisfied I am with the treatment I received from CarStar. Not only was I informed every step of the way on the progress of my car repair, it was completed earlier than the estimate. I cannot state how happy I was to get my car back sooner than expected but it was completely cleaned and detailed for me. I wish I could give more than 5 stars as they certainly deserve it.
