The owner at this place has such a genuine approach and truly cares about her customers. She was patient and so accommodating. I would definitely take my car there again. Thank you to the team for being amazing humans. I had to get my tint replaced on one window, and they did an incredible job making sure it matched the other windows!

I am so happy with the jobs car care done for making my car like a new car. I was so sad when my car got hit by someone else, but I am so happy and I feel like I have a new car after I saw fixed. All the staff working in car care are very helpful but James is super nice and you he is the best. I give him 10/10. Thank you James and God bless you. I will give 5 star.

Very poor customer service, totally unacceptable work done on my car.They replaced my bumper with a new bumper.They painted the new bumper to match my car paint job.Two weeks later when I washed my car the paint they applied on the bumper started coming off, due to improper priming.I went back to the shop, the service writer looked at it said they would make it good. Took my information, supposedly ordered a new bumper (I don’t know why, instead of just re-priming and repainting the existing bumper that they just installed.)They said they would call me when the new bumper came in. They never called. I called them four or five times asking when the bumper would be taken care of, leaving messages on their customer service phone line which rarely gets answered by a human.They have never responded back to me yet. even the owner made a commitment to me to make the work good but nothing has happened after two months have passed. Please do not patronize this Shop! They are incompetent and unreliable. Enough said.

I had a great experience at this body shop. My brand new car needed some paint and body work and I am fully satisfied with the job that the shop has done. On top of that, the staffs are friendly and they made arrangements to have someone from a rental car company to pick me up from the shop when I left my car there. I dropped the rental car off at the shop while picking up my car. The whole experience was really pleasant.

Bad experience, if I could I give them 0 stars. Over a month took them to get my car fix. On consequence my rental was due and I had to pay over $500. For the rental. I asked them to take the responsibility, at least to help me to pay half of it, to be fair. They just said it was not their fault and I answer neither mine, but because you didn't do your job and finish at the first estimated time you gave me witch was in about 10 days, normal time. Now I have to pay a lot $$$ for a rental. They just kept standing the estimated ending time. They never answers or confronted the problem. Absolutely terrible customer service. Over all they just do an average job, if you want to waist your money and time go to them.

Excellent service, would use again, have recommended them to friends. I bought a 2019 Toyota Mirai and that same day ran it into a concrete pole. :-( Ryan gave me an initial estimate of $7,000 -- there was extensive damage and a door had to be replaced. I had never had body work done before and Ryan clearly explained everything to me. The shop worked with my insurance (21st Century). All I had to do was file a claim and talk to my insurance's claim adjuster. Total cost ended up being $5,500, so they beat their estimate. They told me it could take up to 2 weeks to fix the car, but it was done in 5 days. The work is beautiful -- you can't even tell which side was damaged.Service: Body & Trim

Post car accident CSAA recommended this place. They answered all of my questions , kept me up to date and did a great job with my car. Kudos to everyone that works there ! Would go back again if I need to.

I've now managed to have them replace a back bumper twice on one car and a front bumper on another. Not good luck for me! Three different repairs within 2 yrs. They worked seamlessly through insurance CSAAA. Very easy. Super responsive, thorough, and they do very good work. Each time looks good as new and the entire car looks better than it came in. Great local shop, highly recommended.
