DONT MOVE HERE!!! it's nothing but a bunch of ignorant welfare people here..all they do is smoke weed and let their dogs poop all over the property..they have roaches as well.. totally disgusting area..I see why people left and I was warned about this property.. and the ignorant property manager does ABSOLUTELY NOTHING about it.. people let their annoying dogs bark all day and all night...screaming wild brats screaming all day every day..like it's enough to drive you crazy...alot of people have moved out and I'm next.. the property manger doesn't care and she's just as ignorant as the other tenants..save yourself and your sanity don't move here!!!

My time at campbell plaza was nothing but positive. Lorna is the sweetest and friendliest staff member. She was always nothing short of attentive and made me feel like she really cared to help assist me. Overall the leasing staff is helpful and makes the leasing process smooth and easy. Incredibly happy to have called campbell plaza my home!

Lorna and Cecilia are the greatest. They keep us informed of any community events that they do for us as a community. The girls respond quickly to any questions and any concerns you may have. Mark the maintenance is also awesome and he responds quickly to any maintenance needs. The girls throw awesome resident events. I've been here for a year and haven't had any issues with management.

My boyfriend and I just hit 6 months in our apartment! We transferred from another complex within the same management company and have no complaints currently. Amenities here are nice, I love the tropical atmosphere of the complex and the washers/dryers were replaced recently. Everyone who visits me complements our place and tells me how cozy our apartment looks. It's also nice being close to safeway and the restaurants. The management and maintenance have been quick to respond so far. I will update at the one year mark!

Really nice place until new property manager started. Jacuzzi is always getting worked on new property manager harasses tenants and doesn't reply nor follow up with tenant complaints . Berina is very much missed never had a problem when she was in office !

Old and still outdated as heck But updated and upgraded in certain parts of the plaza. The movie theatre was completely revised and it's quite nice now! I miss the vegan Chinese place but the Safeway is pretty nice as Is the BBQ place. I miss the dojo too. My family all went through it for years even after it moved! The alley is cleaned up a bit but the apartments behind here no doubt attract patrons who could care less to the shopping center.Bring friends.

The manager is always responsive and cordial. the maintenance tech is also very cordial. The common spaces are kept up. I like that the property has an option of submitting work orders online. It’s convenient for residents. They usually are quick to resolve work orders. Property management also does a good job of communicating via e-mail about property updates.

My Fiance and I have lived at Campbell Plaza apartments for about 3 years now. We both agree that this is by far our favorite apartment complex we have lived in. The ladies at the leasing office are kind, helpful and transparent. Mark one of the maintenance workers is so timely at coming out to look at anything. This complex cares about its tenants, they have gone above and beyond at planning movie nights, taco truck nights and get togethers ( prior to covid)As for our unit we love it the floors are nicely done the kitchen is spacious and the appliances work like a gem. Our neighbors we can hear now and then but not often; that is totally okay and common when your on the 1st floor. In addition to all this, we are happy to have the pool and gym so close and safe way is less than a 5-minute walk and downtown, Campbell is a nice little walk from here.If you are considering living here take a tour the complex is beautiful and the staff will make you feel at home.

This is the best place to live at! Berina is exceptional. She is attentive, responsive, and accommodating. Engineering is very quick to fix all of your needs whenever there is an issue. I am so grateful to call this place home.

I moved here in May 2020 and recently signed a new lease for another year. I have had a very good experience here with the overall community and management. Moving in the admist of a global pandemic to a new city was a bit rough at first, but I have always felt welcomed and safe by fellow neighbors. Not only that, the staff are super friendly and responsive unlike other places I have lived. Managment really cares about the property and people. They do community events, worked diligently to reopen amenities, and respond swiftly to mainatance requests. I would highly consider renting here.

I have lived here for 6 months; on several occasions I have needed assistance from both the office and maintenance department. Each time I have received a punctual response and the help I was seeking. 5 stars. Recently this month (MAY 2021) the property had security gates installed and repaved the entire property. It has made a HUGE difference in beautification and added security. 5 stars. The gate was not cheaply done, nor was the paving a painting. Every day I see some form of property maintenance. There is never any trash around or overgrown landscaping. No spiderwebs or birdsnests. Its a good place. Always quiet at 10PM. Clean laundry room. Clean pool etc. Thank you ladies in the office.

Was very happy with our lease over the last year at the Campbell Plaza Apartments. Berina is hands down the best property manager ever. She's attentive, caring, very fast at responding and always helpful. The complex itself is always clean, has this wonderful tropical feel and our personal favorite is the pool. It is always well maintained and highly enjoyable.

Been here for over 6yrs and it's been an amazing experience. The community is full of amazing folks and management (Berina especially, I could give that woman 10 stars if I could) and maintenance couldn't be any better. All in all...it has the energy of an extended family. It's clean and most importantly safe. I will am extremely grateful to have lived here and would recommend to anyone. Definitely going to miss this place when I do move.
