I can’t thank Siddhi Shah enough for the special care she and her staff provided me. I really appreciated that she patiently evaluated my problems, answered my questions and provided appropriate exercises for my right arm. Honestly, I never thought with PT the pain will go away, but under her care I found out I m wrong.

All the staff has been great and very helpful. I especially apprecuated that they ask questions on how and what is going on with me and adjust what they are doing. I had never had PT before so wasn't sure what to expect. They are always timely and friendly. They have helped me a great deal with my medical issue.

Chris is the best and always resolvesmy physical therapy issues. I have been going to him for years and he definitely knows his stuff, more so than any other physical therapist I have been to.

I have been seeing Chris Ota for the past several months for a bursa on my hip and torn gluteus medius. First I tried three other PTs in Santa Cruz where I live over five years and none helped. Chris is amazing, so is his staff. After 4 months of seeing him I am in significantly less pain! It was worth driving over the hill once a week for the excellent care I received.

Update: I had to take a month off work for the injury their therapist caused me. They are not a certified hand therapist, and should not be treating hand or arm injuries. Another physical therapy facility I contacted told me that hand injuries are very specialized, and since they don’t have a certified hand therapist, they would refer me to one, which is what Campbell should have done. It is highly irresponsible to treat hand injuries without certification, and not make it known to clients the importance of seeing someone certified.—I had an injury on both wrists that never fully healed so I went here to work on them. The day after my session, my wrists were worse than they’ve ever been, even when I originally injured them, and they hurt even when I wasn’t doing anything. I couldn’t type and could barely hold a cup of coffee without excruciating pain. I ended up having to take a week off work, and I’m still not fully recovered, so I don’t know how long it’ll be until I can go back to work. I was working fine before, with some mild discomfort after long hours (I work on the computer). Now I have to see a specialist next week to determine if I need surgery. They required me to do exercises and stretches that seemed excessively strenuous, but when I expressed my concern, they just told me to do it to the point where it wouldn’t hurt. Even though I followed their directions, they clearly massively overdid it. I would urge them and you to be very cautious of what sort of stretches you do, so you don’t end up in my situation, with your pain and injury much worse than before.

Campbell PT is great. Not only have they helped my healing process, but they also educate me on what they’re doing and what is going on with my rotator cuff.

I strongly recommend Campbell PT. I have been here for lower back pain which was limiting simple functions like bending. My physiotherapist Siddhi Shah was awesome, she devised a plan to strengthen my core and my condition has greatly improved. Simple daily tasks which were uncomfortable before are now much simpler like picking a gallon of milk or even bending to tie shoelaces. The rest of the staff are also great, the receptionist is very organized so scheduling appointments is really easy.

I was referred to Campbell Physical Therapy by my doctor for muscle spasms and a pinched femoral nerve. Siddhi Shah was in charge of my therapy and now after 6 weeks of visits I'm pain free. Everyone in the office is confident, friendly and consistently capable. Relaxed but professional. I felt like I was in good hands.

They have no respect for your time, but they charge you for no show ups. For two consecutive appointments, they just closed their office without letting me know. Wasting my time and time off from work to driving to their place. Very unprofessional.

Maryam, GhasamiI would like to show my appreciation to Dr. Siddhi Shah for her works and attention on my back and legs problems. She is an educated and knowledgeable physical therapist whose efforts and treatments reduced my pain and now I feel much better. I would like to recommend this physical therapy with its young, cheerful, and hard work staffs to everyone who need to receive enough attention to their physical problems.

Above and beyond 5 stars!I have been to 6 previous physical therapy offices in the past for my various injury recovery and post-surgery assistance needs.NO ONE I have gone to in the past has ever approached the process in the manner that Chris Ota has with me at Campbell Physical Therapy.Unlike other places, which only focus on the one area of "need", Chris looks at each patient's body as a connected whole unit. He has the ability to analyze each patient's body's strengths, weaknesses, associated imbalances, and identify painful areas (that sometimes you didn't even know you had!), in order to heal the "whole body". His "hands on" approach allows Chris to be able to tune in to each patient individually, instead of treating them robotically, like other PTs do, when they just follow some antiquated textbook's instructions. If one method is not working as quickly or effectively as he desires, Chris will change to another approach in his expansive arsenal of treatments. He understands that every body is unique and responds differently. Not only does Chris have a vast amount of knowledge, but most importantly, he REALLY LISTENS TO EACH PATIENT!!In addition, the office is staffed with caring and compassionate employees.

TLDR: even in network, it is $165 for initial appointment and $90 for follow up appointments. 3 stars because they were able to fit me in within a week of calling and the woman I spoke with was very professional and kind. I gave her my insurance information over the phone and she confirmed it was covered in network with Blue Shield of California. I assumed they would charge my usual copay for a specialist. When I came for my appointment I learned it is $165 for the initial visit and $90 for follow up appointments, which you have to pay upfront and submit separately to insurance. Only once you've met your deductible will insurance start partially covering the appointment. I wish they had told me upfront before coming in.

I have had several surgeries and have been to multiple Physical Therapy locations. Campbell PT is the only place I recommend to others. Their comprehensive and integrated approach has helped me heal and be my best self. I could not recommend them more.
