Tried to get ice from the oce machine and there was a long knife on the ground next to it. When I looked up, I saw two feet sticking out from the other side of the machine and Crack paraphernalia next to them. I ran back to the room and locked the door. Bed and pillows were comfortable.

Had the pleasure of being an extremely cared for guest at the Campbell inn. Rooms were cozy, clean and affordable. It's placed in the night life of downtown Campbell. Lots of good dinning and socializing. The staff here were wonderful. Id recommend family n friends here and I come back to this city I'll definitely stay here again. Rude clerk eases dropping on my phone conversation told me what I could say. Then refused me my book and paid for room. Refused to cancel my charge.Rooms: I’ve stayed before only because of location and price.Rooms are out of date and in poor condition.Never again.

This is a one man shop.. Hussan overcharged my card $100.00 more than I signed for. My daughter and her friends arrived to the room before my husband & I so he kicked them out and threatened to call the police. We were not able to stay after that and he refuses to credit my card. I am currently disputing but watch out if you book here. The rooms are dirty and they don't respond to fix the overcharge or refund the money.

Fuck this place the people that work here must have a stick up their ass or something cuz they decided to call the cops on guests because the rooms name was under wasn't there at the time and they decided to tell the police that they were carrying a bottle of wine which they definitely weren't. Adding on the room was dirty ass hell and sheets had stain spots and there was bug shit in the drawers.

This place needed remodeling about 15 years ago! What a different place from when I stayed years ago. It used to be nice. Campbell can do SO MUCH BETTER! So do it. Overpriced and charged me for a towel because I used it at the pool?! Provide diff pool towels then. I’ll never stay again. An embarrassment!

This is an older motel that is spotlessly clean and quiet with tons of parking. The management is very warm and friendly and accommodating. I will stay here againSafety: well lit, quiet parkingWalkability: easy walk to downtown Campbell to restaurants etc and also an easy walk to the prune yard with restaurants and shops

The location was great because it was close to the events I attended, but the front desk people were rude and looked like they hated their job. The room was acceptable for the service it provided... a place to sleep. But the shower sucked and when I had to shower, it clogged, flooded, and took literally 30 minutes to drain. Fix the clog, please. The breakfast was cheap. Scrambled eggs seemed to be the dehydrated eggs used that all they needed to do was add hot water to reconstitute. Breakfast potatoes were literally two bites, and bacon or sausage was disappointing. The room charge should be $49/night for what you actually get.Nearby activities: Parks

I would say the only thing good about this hotel is the location . It's close to food and stores that you can walk too . Other than that it's looks rundown and needs major renovations. We usually stay at a different hotel when we're in Campbell but it was quite pricey so we decided try this place out , never again . I'd much rather pay a higher price for a better taken care of hotel . To top it off the air conditioner was so loud it kept waking us up at night .

Kicked out for NO reason (Possible racism)Context: My grandfather was staying at the hotel and asked us to come over and swim with him so me and my family came over and swam in the pool until a few minutes later one of the workers came and told us we had to leave bit didn't give us a reason why.

This is a disappointing hotel. I'm very disappointed. The tub drains slowly. The decor is antiquated. The ceiling is cracked. The sink is rusted. the sheets are stained. The bedside lamp isn't working.

Agree with the other comments here. The hotel needs an immediate update or lower the price. The whole place feels quite outdated. Rooms are kept clean, but the pool isn't. Lots of debris/leaves in the pool. You can see it from the picture I took, if you zoom in. The hot tube is running, but the bottom looks dirty. I didn't use it. I booked the place for the pool and hot tub, but it turned out to be a big disappointment.

Trash and unsafe... went with my friend for a night and it was so horrible we left ,our window was loose with the screen lifted from the bottom, when we ask for towels they said they can't give us any we are only allowed one when there was two of us. Very rude stains all over the room.. a suspicious door in our room that at first he said it was a conjoined room, then changed it later on, and said it was a janitor closet in our room with no locks on it felt so unsafe especially when it was me and my friend two females alone.. so we said fuck it and took off. Ladies or anyone keep your eyes open watch your surroundings if you feel like something is off there go with ur gut and get out . Gets one star cuz it won't let me post if I Dont lol
