i would say this is a really horrible and terrible and nightmare experience in here. I was just stop by and ask them if they can help me diagnose tire and change another one if needed. They initially said the diagnosis fee is $15 dollar before they take off my tire and then ask my $30 dollar to put it back. I said "why you are doubling price”. That man is mad and yelling at say" now you have to pay $45 the you can leave. I am so busy, this is not your school” ! I was a little bit scared and he basically ignore me for 45 mins and the start to talk to me. Finally I paid $30. So basically they want to charge me $45 just to take a look at my tire. That man is literally so rude and angry. I feel like next minutes he will hit me if I refuse to pay. Anyway I would recommend stay so far away from here. That is literally a nightmare

I went here yesterday right before they closed and the mechanic seemed like a good guy I told him I needed a new tire he goes all around the shop looking for the size I need he finally finds it after about 20-30 minutes replaces my old tire then charges me $100 so I pay him drive home and the tire he sold me has a slow leak so I call today and tell him about it and he’s being rude and snappy on the phone then tells me that he sold me a used tire and there’s no warranty when I clearly stated to him that I needed a new tire I asked to speak with the owner and i tell him I need my money back or something and he just hangs up in my face and now I wasted $100 on a bad tire

Don't Let Negative Reviews Mislead You!
I recently had the pleasure of visiting Campbell Tire, and I must say that my experience was exceptional in every way. I was initially hesitant due to some negative reviews I had seen on Yelp, but after experiencing their service firsthand, I can confidently say that those reviews do not accurately reflect the outstanding service I received.
When I walked in, I was greeted by a friendly and attentive staff who made me feel welcome. They listened attentively to my concerns and took the time to assess my vehicle thoroughly. Their expertise and professionalism were evident as they explained the issues clearly and understandably, ensuring l was well informed throughout the process.
The quality of their work surpassed my expectations.

Whoops. These guys slipped up and told me you need an oil change every few months and that a 1,000 miles is too much time for oil in an engine block.. (false information in case you didn't know)
originally needed an oil pressure diagnostic done and instead told me straight up to replace the oil sensor and oil pump without testing anything. That is a lil over $1,000 in parts and labor- I would rather spend $200 in tests and know everything is fine first

Payed to get new tires mounted and balanced. They only balanced two of the tires and did not touch the other ones. I also payed for a full alignment and they used a string and did it in 2 minutes.

The owner really helped out in a car emergency! This was the only shop available late at night AND on short notice for what was needed. I think other reviewers calling the owner "rude" or "bad customer service" just don't understand how to be open to diverse cultural norms.

I've been to Kevin twice for tire issues. And as a young women you never know if a mechanic is going to be honest with but Kevin has always done good honest work for me at low cost. I had a tire issue that Wheel Technique in Santa Clara lied to me 3 times saying they fixed it. Kevin fixed it first try. Don't listen to these negative reviews!

Hassan and Basha are the best!!!! Thanks, Jimmy for the recommendation.The entrance is easy to miss If you’re not paying attention. Do not confuse it with the auto shop next to Jack in the Box, but instead it’s the next driveway after the Drive-thru exit.Hassan was able to fix two tires for me, though he was missing one size, he somehow magically had another one brought there within minutes. He then personally installed them, in record time, then went to assist his other employees.

i got a flat tire on my way home!! needed either air or patch on my tire!! this insane place charged me 70 dlls just to patch it and extra 30 dlls to balance , even though tire balance wasn’t necessary, anyways i watch him doing the job and he never balance the tire and they still want to charge me the extra 30 dlls and on top of that they have fees is you pay with ur debit card!! .. horrible really i dont recommended it , stay away from this place ..Service: Tires

stay away from this place!!! i got a flat tire... stopped by this place for a quik plugged on the tire, they ended up putting a patch wich im ok with , but then they charged me 70 dlls for a small patch and then they tried to charged me extra 30 dlls for balance the tire wich they didn't because i watched the guy during the whole process and he never balanced it, at the end thay wanted me to pay 100 dlls total plus taxes plus fees if i use my debit card!!!OMG ......INSANE..... really

After reading the reviews, I definitely wouldn't say they scammed me. It's privately owned so higher prices are expected, though there are tire shops that repair tires for free - you just gotta choose where you do business. Overall, staff was polite & service was quick.

Hassan and his team of mechanics are very professional, efficient and friendly. I have been taking my 2 vehicles for over 8 years and am very pleased with their work, done right the first time. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a reliable mechanic.
