My 1 inch water pressure regulator sprung a leak last night right did center in middle of the housing. I think the plumber that installed it used a pipe wrench on the house thing instead of on the fitting. So I turned off the main and did some research online last night. Not wanting to buy A substandard part from the “box” hardware store. I found Cal-steam just 2 miles from my home. They sold me a quality Watts regulator. My only complaint is the employee I spoke with was not that knowledgeable and plumbing repairs however he did know if his parts. Parts, service, and price 4 stars
