I was in the area, and decided to stop by this cute (not so little) book store. It was a pretty pleasant experience all things considered. They have a pretty solid collection of books (I picked up a couple while I was there), and their staff was friendly too.The shop definitely had a bit of a political bend to it, which isn’t my favorite, but it’s a privately owned shop. Still a cute spot to check out if you’re in the area.

Good bookstore. Plenty of books for kids. Found quite nice puzzles for kids. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Really nice atmosphere.

When in Pruneyard, you've gotta check out the Book Inc. I love going to the OCK here and Marshalls! so every time I visit one of those places I make sure to visit this place. I found an autographed Book by a Filipino author here! -- the book was called Wildflower and it was pretty good! and just like any other book store they have a section of miscellaneous cute things which is always entertaining to look at. The staff are always chatty and helpful here! I find their prices fair and square.

Books Inc. is easily one of my favorite bookstores in the South Bay. I have a passion for collecting various cookbooks, and surprisingly, Books Inc. consistently offers a wide array of well-priced cookbooks, often beating online sellers.Their diverse genres and a spacious children's book area, complemented by toys, make it a fantastic spot in a vibrant neighborhood with plenty of restaurants and shops. Service is always consistent, fast, and helpful.I frequently bring my nieces and nephews to indulge in their love for reading and enjoy lunch, macaroons, and ice cream nearby. While parking can be busy on weekends, the overall experience is well worth the visit.

Independent book stores are the BEST! This book store is tucked away, but worth seeking. Their variety is pretty comprehensive and the space is well organized for book lovers to find what they're looking for. There is a large kids' section and you'll find some cozy spots to bond with a new book. I overheard great rapport and customer service with regulars. It was my first time in, and I was easily treated as a valued customer, as well. The store is dog friendly, clean, and user friendly. I am looking forward to a return visit to Books Inc.

I was a bit disappointed with the selection. Mostly for kids books. I could find what I was looking for for my 9 yrs old kid and also nothing for my 4 yrs old. Also, I was not happy with the service , which I felt was a bit surprised when I asked for help picking something. As much as I would love to support local businesses, I think it might be easier to go with Amazon.

Holy sh|t this place is odd in it's own quirky way. Love it! Books Inc is definitely a place I can spend a couple of hours in and feel refreshed like clean clothes! Ah ha. ;L) I was looking for The Hexologists by Josiah Bancroft and we looked on the shelf and the customer service guy found one on the cart! Heck yeah! I was early for this release. JB is a Sci Fi/Fantasy/Dystopian genre and is a pretty in depth reads that's for sure! Enso forever. Parking kinda sucks. By Peet's. Trader Joe's and Sport's Basement. Huge selection of books, magazines and other gift items. The staff is helpful and knowledgeable. The store is clean and well organized.
