This review is overdue - we worked with Nazy H. at the beginning of the summer to refinance our house. She was wonderful to work with - extremely responsive and she was able to secure us a great rate. I whole-heartedly recommend Nazy to anyone.

Eternally Grateful. We want to say thank you for all the work he had done for us, but what we are the most grateful is for the passion, dedication and excellence he put during the entire process. Our experience working with him has been sincerely outstanding. After having issues with Wells Fargo a friend recommended Siamack as the best resource to get our mortgage. Our case was extremely difficult for many factors, but one of the main issues was the time we had left. After Wells Fargo, very unprofessionally denied our loan, we decided to try our last shot with Siamack; He and his team were very thoughtful and extremely sincere about the difficulty of our case. Although the pressure, and the amount of work required he never give up and made our loan as it was his own, he put his heart to make it happen. Without any doubt I recommend him to anyone as the best mortgage broker. He's honest, transparent and really fights for your loan!

I highly recommend Siamack if you are looking to get a home loan. My husband and I are first time homebuyers and Siamack did an amazing job at navigating our options and getting us the loan that worked for us to buy our home. We are incredibly happy! Our case had quite a few complications including some credit report concerns, multiple buyers, multiple sellers, downpayment issues, etc. He was able to work with us and the sellers to navigate these complexities and deliver the loan on time for us. We ended up working with Siamack for a little over 4 months and developed a relationship with him that made us feel that he truly cared about helping us get our first and home and our happiness.

I have known and worked with Siamack (President and Founder of Bankers Network) since 1995 (over 22 years) so I consider myself an excellent judge of Siamack's character, customer service, level of professionalism, integrity and fairness. I refinanced through Bankers Network ~6x times (starting with my condo ownership in 1996 and then with my single-family home ownership in 2006. Each time the interest rates dropped, I reached out to Bankers Network (and Siamack) to monitor rates and lock when rates touched my objectives. I can go on and on, but the bottom line is that no matter whom I worked with at Bankers Network, I was super impressed with their customer service, follow-through, responsiveness and fairness. I personally (and highly) recommend Bankers Network if you are looking for a professional loan broker who values integrity, fairness and treats their customers with respect. The next time I need to refinance, I will certainly reach out to Siamack and Bankers Network again.

Siamark closed our new home loan in 2 weeks after another broker dropped the ball. He was great to work with and did all the due diligence required to make sure that the bank would fund the loan. Have recommended him to friends in the area and would work with him again.

In 2012, I had one of the worst consumer experiences of my life with this mortgage broker. I locked in on a good rate with Suntrust through Siamack. I got all my documents in perfectly and immediately. And then I waited, and waited, and waited. The lock was only good for a month, and after two weeks of no activity, I really started to worry. Not only was the lock time limit running out, but Siamack was completely unable to get Suntrust to agree to extend the lock period until they completed their processing. This type of lender-caused lock failure is the dirty underside of the mortgage business. It is both fraud and monopolistic behavior, since Siamack and Suntrust took me off the market when I locked in with them. Siamack started blaming me for everything, saying I didn't handle calls properly that were placed to my company, even though I work in a small 3-person US sales office of a far-away Japanese company, and there is no "HR department" here. Siamack was completely unsympathetic to my position. And the Suntrust sales rep (Bart Bartholomew) responsible for Bankers Network was a completely obnoxious and sleazy character. He would not return phone calls from Siamack, and when I caught him on his cell phone, he simply hung up on me (repeatedly). In the end, it was only through superhuman efforts on my part that this loan was funded prior to the lock expiring. I was calling Siamack every day, and I was telling him I was investigating hiring a real estate lawyer to sue him if the lock failed. Only through this tremendous pressure was I able to get Siamack/Suntrust to honor their lock. I had invested numerous hours putting the documents together. I had locked in at a very aggressive rate (that was no longer available), and I honored my part by taking myself off the market and only working with Siamack once he gave me the lock. Nonetheless, Siamack and Suntrust betrayed the faith I placed in them by taking this loan funding process to the brink of lender-caused lock failure. I will eternally feel a deep sense of bitterness toward Siamack and Suntrust. I recommend you avoid this mortgage broker. Find a broker that has some personal integrity and character, unlike Siamack. Also note that I filed a formal complaint with the California Department of Corporations (Investigation File # 413-0238; 10041304) against Siamack and Suntrust, and I sent a copy of the complaint to Suntrust. I also informed Suntrust that their sales rep was repeatedly hanging up on me, and I eventually received a call from his manager. She also tried to weasel out of responsibility for this fiasco, which was disappointing. All in all, many people in the mortgage business are really sleazy. Make sure you get with someone of good character. I will next time.

I met the president of the company, Siamack, at a social event and immediately found him to be very frank, open and extremely knowledgeable about the mortgage industry and the options that were available to someone with my needs. After I consulted with him, I became entirely sure that he knew what he was talking about and had a great grasp of the market and the ins and outs of the industry. So I used his company's services for my refinance and I was extremely pleased. They helped refinance my home with a great rate, in record time (less than 3 weeks, which is highly unusual) considering the size of my loan. They were on top of everything and made sure that I understood every step of the way. And at my request, Siamack himself attended the closing to make sure that all of the questions were answered and that there was no confusion. I highly appreciated that and would recommend this company and Siamack to any one of my friends and colleagues. Thank you.

I first consulted Judy Hamilton requesting advice, and she was helpful, straightforward, and realistic. I appreciated her recommendations, which were helpful. About 6 months later, I was ready to work with her on the purchase of a home. Judy was quite knowledgeable regarding mortgages, always prompt in responding to my questions, followed up on everything she said she would, and was a pleasure to work with. The purchase transaction went smoothly, and I appreciate Judy's hard work in making it happen. I highly recommend her!
