I went to the Pruneyard B of A because I had been locked out of my online BofA account and needed help to get it reopened. The person who greeted me at the door was Matthew. He was very helpful, asked appropriate questions, called the support center, and gave excellent answers to my questions. Thank you very much, Matthew!

I had a very good experience, a young man named Gilberto helped me and he was very kind to me, he helped me solve my problem in 10 minutes, something that the workers at the store in the Valley Fair Mall did not do.

Had to pull money from Edd maternity leave card. It was a painful process as previous bank would not even do it despite customer service telling me to go to the previous location. Matthew was so professional and helped me quickly verify my forms of ID and get it worked out.
