I am very disappointed with her customer service. I paid almost a little over 500 for my dress itself and she charged me one hundred dollars more for the alteration. One year earlier my cousin got her wedding dress altered here for close to 150.. so he has quadrupled her prices. That aside:
Unfortunately I went through a horrific break up prior to my wedding date so my wedding was cancelled. I loved my dress and I wanted to keep it. Rather than show any kind of empathy, she chose to keep her price the same when I asked if she would be willing to give me a discount since the wedding was cancelled; meaning, when the choice was given between me not keeping the dress therefore not giving her any money and giving me some kind of understanding, she chose to make money over anything else. Very disappointed by her lack of understanding and choosing money over kindness at a time like this. I offered to pay half of the price but she refused to budge. Very disappointed.

I had my wedding dress altered by Angelica, she is the best! She made a dress that was way too big for me, fit me perfectly. She is so knowledgeable and thoughtful.

Angelica's did a beautiful job on my daughter's wedding dress. We had appointments for both the initial fitting and her dress pick up and were given plenty of time for both.

I've used Angelica for my wedding dress and a few bridesmaid dresses and I would absolutely recommend her to anyone. A few call outs: Angelica is honest - she will tell you if something does or doesn't need be altered. The service is timely - she has not completed something on time when expected. Quality - I have never had an issue with any of the alterations she completed. Keep in mind, I have had her alter very important outfits for me (I.e. my own wedding dress). Last but not least, the pricing was as expected -- I didn't feel overcharged at all. Totally recommend using Angelica's you will not be disappointed.

Angelica is incredible! I brought my wedding dress here and only needed a few alterations, and she noticed them the second I tried on my dress for her. My mother also brought her dress for my wedding here. Angelica is friendly, knowledgeable, and I felt very comfortable leaving my dress with her. She also offers cleaning services through a third party, so you don't have to bring your dress elsewhere. To top it off, it was extremely affordable for the quality of work she's doing. Highly recommend!

I'm so disappointed and angry, I have been coming to Angelica's for over 15 years and have been a loyal customer. The quality of work on simply alterations is awful. She does beautiful work on wedding gowns and in fact I have referred a few people to Angelica's over the years, though she has become too busy and has hired incompetent people. I had to take my clothes to Nordstrom to have re-done, the ladies were appalled at the quality of work. I believe in giving a business the chance to re-do a mistake, though this was a blatant disregard for the alterations!

Angelica and her staff were incredibly helpful, timely, professional, and talented with their tailoring skills. They tailored my wedding dress and my rehearsal dinner dress with absolute perfection. I would highly recommend them for any tailoring services!

Had my 25th Anniversary wedding dresses altered and I could not be happier with the results! I ended up also purchasing a veil from her shop and am looking forward to wearing it. The veil would have cost me a lot more at any other wedding boutique but here it was priced great! I will definitely go back to Angelica's for my future alteration needs- especially for any formal dress!

I highly recommend Angelica and her team. The work is superb, she is fast, professional, and knows her stuff. And very kind on top of it, with reasonable prices. Don't look any further. I was on a very tight deadline for a wedding (2 weeks) and didn't think I could find anyone; I was desperate and Angelica saved the day. She had great suggestions, and all the work was excellent quality and done on time.

My sister got her wedding dress tailored here and they did a wonderful job with the alterations. When we had issues with the way the bustle pulled on the fabric, they easily changed the fasteners to something that worked better with the dress, and it was beautiful work as well as wonderful service. When I was shopping around for an alterations place for my own wedding dress, I didn't find anything better in the area. The alterations cost more than I expected (type of fabric, # of layers, bustle style), but the confidence I felt wearing my dress due to the quality of work and the great communication during the service appointments quickly proved worth it to me. The bustle looked amazing and was easy to do for my bridesmaids, the dress fit perfectly, and she really listened to all my requests then delivered. Highly recommend!
