Great service, 5/5.
They worked with me to get the best pricing through price match and was easy to set up an appointment online. I was in and out the door in less than 30 minutes with 4 tires being replaced. The staff were all very friendly and helpful.
When I first arrived for my appointment, the technician noticed I didn’t have the anti-theft wheel unlocking tool they needed to take the wheels off my car in order to replace the tires (this tool comes with the car). The technician guided me in the correct direction of picking this tool up from the dealership and still worked with me to get my car all finished up the same day, even tho it was an hour past my original appointment time by the time I received the tool and arrived back to America’s Tire. By this time that I arrived back they were 20 minutes from closing and still worked with me to get the job done.
The 4 new tires I bought come with free rotations for the life of the tire, you can’t really beat that considering they are a lot easier to actually get in and set up an appointment for the rotations with than somewhere like Costco which could take weeks to get an appointment. I will be coming here now on for all my tire needs, highly recommend.

I had a great experience here. Was checked in, took a look at the problem and got it fixed in 90 mins. Since it was just a tire repair, they did it for free! Kudos to the team for making this a very pleasant experience.

I was told they fix punctures for free. I was sceptical that maybe they will say it is unfixable and that I need a new tire. But no. They said it was fixable, they fixed it very quickly for free. A month later it still holds up.

Been coming to this location for awhile, the staff is always very friendly and professional. They have great prices and selection. They're quick and efficient. No pressure, knowledgeable staff.

SERVICE - SERVICE - SERVICE!!! I was blown away by the service and care that Luis provided me when I showed up with a screw in my tire today. He asked permission to inspect, asked questions while looking me in the eye, and it was very impressive!

Been using them for years but this time they scratched my nice forged wheels taking the weights off with a chisel or used the wrong procedure to clamp the rim. I expect them to make this right.

I had an exceptional experience at America's Tire in Campbell when I brought in my Tesla Model Y with a flat tire. Unlike the Tesla technician who insisted the tire needed to be replaced, the team at America's Tire was able to fix the flat and also rotated my tires—all at no charge! The service was nothing short of spectacular, with a team that was both knowledgeable and efficient. Their honesty and dedication to customer satisfaction have won my loyalty; I'll definitely be purchasing my next set of tires from this store. Highly recommend!

My appointment was scheduled for 8:45 a.m. I arrived at 8:00 a.m. to drop the car off but instead they started it right away - by 8:20 I was on the road with two new tires and made it to work on time. Awesome service. I have bought tires here for all my vehicles and am never disappointed. Highly recommended.

I have to say I've had a great experience with all staff here. For years I've been bringing my track wheels here (already off the car) and getting nice affordable $100 tire changes w/ balancing.
A few months ago that increased to ~$116. On the trip I just went to it has all of a sudden increased to $180. I've been recommending this place to all my track friends for years because of the professionalism and value price. At $180, there start to be a lot better performance shop options.
This is to take nothing away from quality of their employees.

Brought in my car (driving on the spare after running over a screw) without an appointment. They had my tire ready in less than 20 minutes. I was shocked. I had gone shopping to pass the time, when the text arrived, telling me I could pick up my tire. I had to call to confirm it wasn't a mistake!

Started taking my cars to America’s Tire is consistently the best service of any business I’ve seen. Friendly and helpful staff. Free repairs on purchased tires and locations in Southern California too makes them easy to find when needed.

I have been going to the Brokaw location for years without any issues. On May 23rd, I had to replace two tires and the Hamilton location had them in stock. I had an appointment and everything went smooth. The morning after, I drove to get my weekly car wash. After I arrived, I opened my coin holder and noticed that my coin dispenser along with the extra cash that I had in there were all missing. I am the only person that drives the car and park in a gated complex.
Initially, I wasn't going to leave a review because it wasn't much money, BUT I can't find the same replacement coin dispenser anywhere online.
I will not be visiting this location again.
Update: I responded to the owner's automated message and provided my contact information. I have not heard back from them...
