This is for the French Bakery pop up on UCSC campus. I ordered a set of items to eat quickly before class, pay, and only after I tip does the employee say they have no utensils whatsoever. She wasn't searching for anything while I was purchasing , just waiting for the payment to complete, facing me the entire time.
