Had mostly good experiences here over the years. Maybe don’t bring modern or exotic cars here. I really like the place, but he was going to fail my car because of his unfamiliarity with the equipment - it actually wasn’t modified - all legal OEM header and cats.

The pricing of the smog test was reasonable. The owner was punctual, finished right on time. No fuss. I also like that he parked the car at the door of the waiting room to help the customer.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! SMOG OWNER WAS RUDE!!! Would not smog my car because of a issue he has with a completely legal part. Even after I removed it he wouldn’t smog it because he didn’t trust that I would keep it off! Racist and judging you by your appearance! He has no right to question my honesty but yet yelled at me to leave and never come back. Ridiculous service do not trust this shop!

WORST SMOG SHOP IN BAY AREA!!!!!!!! WARNING!!! Owner had temper issues. Wouldn’t smog my car after I fixed the issue stating he doesn’t trust me to put the part he didn’t approve of back on. Even after ten years and countless smog checks with same car and many others. Not worth your time. Thousands of different shops who don’t question your honesty. Totally illegal what he said.

I WILL NEVER GO TO ANOTHER SMOG CHECK LOCATION EVER AGAIN. THIS IS THE ONLY PLACE FOR YOU & ME! Other places have you sit outside on folding chairs subject to extreme hot or cold weather. Sit on a leather couch and be assured that they'll treat you right. They're nice and efficient. I went to 6 places and they told me their equipment was not working, they didn't have enough experience, they were too busy for weeks or my car was too old!
