I had already been there twice. 1st time for the power steering hose replacement and 2nd for the starter replacement on my 2007 Honda CRV.Gennadiy is great to work with. What is your biggest concern when it comes to service, maintenance or repair on your vehicle? Trust? Right, exactly, you're thinking, will they charge you an arm & a leg, and will they actually be honest? Will there be price gauging? Will they diagnose the issue correctly or quote you a bunch of excessive unneeded repairs? We all know what happens at auto repair, stays at auto repair, right? Not in this case! You will never be overcharged or taken for a ride at A2Z, pun intended! Laughing! A2Z Diagnostic you can trust! You'll find professionalism here. You'll find Genadi to be highly reliable and efficient -- he delivers exactly what he says he will. Remember those old-school family internists who would treat the actual problem and not the result? Think of Genadi as your car doctor, listening in and suggesting the right course of action -- not the path that would bring him a higher payout. If anything, you will end up with more thorough repair and lesser charge. Imports or domestics, sedans, SUVs or trucks, A2Z Diagnostic & Auto Repair will take care of you. In my case on this occasion, I presumed that I needed my Rear Shocks & Struts replaced. That's why I'm a software engineer and not a mechanical one, wink-wink! Shocks were fine in my mechanic's professional opinion, making fine adjustments will suffice. He took his time to examine the car and take a test drive, decided to tighten the spare and perform some other minor tweaking. No charge! Did you get that? No charge! Speaking of tire pressure off-road, you gotta know when to air down. Same with life, when you find yourself anxious with issues piling up, air down the pressure and seek a solution you can trust. If you find yourself becoming stuck at any time, on sand or dirt, even with the transmission in low gear, you can release additional air to increase grip. Allegorically speaking, let Genadi diagnose your vehicle and advise you onto correct path, so your mental pressure can be released. Just remember that low tire pressure and low speeds go together, so take it slow. After several attempts, finally I've found this shop. Gennady was very knowledgeable and helped me to solve a problem with catalytic converter which nobody could solve in other shops. The price was fair. I would highly recommend this shop!

This is a car service I can trust.I've seen many bodyshops in CA. Most of them do work which your car doesn't need. Some of them including big brands charge you for a work they didn't do at all.Best example - once I bought a used car with the timing belt replacement in a paperwork. That Nissan motor use a chain, no timing belt at all.A2Z doesn't try to to squeeze money out of your pocket.I prefer to serve brand new Lexus here, not in Lexus service. Official services prefer to hide problems untill the warranty expiration.
