Today, I was seeking basic quotes for standard 27x27 or 28x28 double dome curb mount skylights, as we need to purchase around two dozen for a commercial renovation project. The precise dimensions aren't critical for us; our main concern is getting a general idea of the costs since the curbs can be adapted to fit the skylights available. Unfortunately, my experience with this company was far from satisfactory. The representative who answered my call was not only unhelpful but also displayed a dismissive attitude from the start. He seemed unable or unwilling to grasp what I was explaining, leading to a frustrating conversation with misunderstandings, and his comment to 'put your hard hat on' came across as highly unprofessional and condescending since he was talking to a general contractor, not a homeowner. As someone who interacts with numerous companies daily to obtain quotes and place orders( including for windows and skylights, on occasion), it's disappointing to encounter such poor customer service, especially when clear communication and professionalism are key in business interactions. I usually refrain from leaving negative feedback, but this experience necessitates a one-star review to inform others. I believe you will save your self time if you find another Skylight or window supplier.

I love this place and order many Velux skylights from Joe. Also convenient for us that he stocks standard sizes . He has been doing this for a long time and knows everything about skylights and is friendly with me and my crew. His new location in Campbell is much easier to get to with tons of parking.

Just like other reviews mentioned here, the guy who answers the phone is very rude. I called to inquire about skylights, literally asked 1 question about pricing, and was given attitude and was hung up on. Can't imagine what doing business with them is like. They clearly do not want your business, so I suggest going elsewhere.

Joe seems to be bitter and tired, at times you might catch him in a good mood he has a problem expressing himself as a professional doesn't mind to react negatively and has frequent tantrums but he will get you what you need if he doesn't have an outburst first.

Joe was nice guy, helping to make sure our selections are in line with room sizes for skylights.They don't have show room if you want to see skylight, but you can search from web/youtube and select what you want to buy.Price was ok, time for delivery was also ok.

I worked with A-Z Windows to install a through-the-glass-doggy-door from The Pet Door Guys. The request was a bit special because of the unusual configuration we were looking for, but Barbara at A-Z Windows was incredibly helpful in making sure we got the order correct and working with the vendor on my behalf to make sure they were on time and delivered the right product. Barbara also connected me with an installer, Aminh, who was very efficient and did an excellent job. The overall process was great, would highly recommend A-Z Windows!

Joe At a to Z skylight Is a little rough around the edges but as everything you need when it comes to skylights at the best price. I've been in construction long time in haven't found anybody in all of the Bay area to be able to beat it.
