I love this place and order many Velux skylights from Joe. Also convenient for us that he stocks standard sizes . He has been doing this for a long time and knows everything about skylights and is friendly with me and my crew. His new location in Campbell is much easier to get to with tons of parking.

Really bad customer service joe screams at you for no reason and starts cusing you out and goes crazy. Will never go back

If I can give 0 stars I absolutely would- the man on the phone is extremely rude and I would never consider buying from them
