I lived here for 18 months and loved it. The staff is super helpful and friendly (Brenda is great), the facilities are clean and well maintained, and the units are nice. If the opportunity presented itself, I would live here again.

DO NOT PAY FOR PAINTING UPON MOVE OUT IF YOU LEFT IT IN THE SAME CONDITION. We lived here for a year and moved out a few month ago. For the price of these apartments and a gated garage I was expecting it to be a lot safer. Prior to moving in I had an individual tell us he went to visit his daughter and while being in her apartment for a short while his truck had gotten broke into. And it was parked in the garage. While living here a few break ins happened because you get a memo stating to be careful in leaving things in your car even if you park in the garage. What a nightmare. I believe they do short rentals and thus more people with access to the apartments and garage. You will see plenty of lock boxes outside the roll up garage door. When we moved in the charging stations were free. A few months later they implemented in charging fees. About half of our time living here the spa/Pool was out of service. They had a leak and it took a while to fix. Why the low score? I left my apartment in the same condition as I received it. No paint job needed. Brenda the manager is a piece of work. She is really nice when you don't need something or don't stand up for yourself. I saw she was trying to charge me for painting my apartment and I asked why. She said it's customary to get it ready for the next tenant. I looked up the law and contacted Sentinel Group - free service for mediation with apartments. They told me I do not have to pay for painting. And to videotape my apartment prior to move out. When I told her NO I'm not paying for painting her ghetto-ness came out! And I did not get charged for painting from my deposit. Oh and not worth paying to rent the clubhouse. The plumbing is so screwed up it will flood on you. When we moved in there was a certain group of people and upon move out new faces. Definitely a high turnover rate in my experience.

In early December of 2021 I visited the Campbell area in search of an apartment - I am relocating from the midwest to take a temporary job assignment and became overwhelmed rather quickly. After visiting a few other properties, I fell upon 300 Railway and was instantly drawn to this complex. The hallways and common areas were very well kept, the outdoor public patios and pool area were very clean and quiet. Everything smelled clean and it was a breath of fresh air compared to the other areas I visited. Instead of signing immediately, I stepped away to reflect on the process and followed up with Brenda, the leasing manager, for a few questions. She was more than willing to talk through the process and the options of different apartments available. Still overwhelmed, Brenda welcomed me back for a follow-up tour of another unit. Her patience and kindness were very much appreciated, compared to the pressure applied from other property managers in the area. The process was not as quick as I would have liked but Brenda kept a positive attitude and treated every conversation with professionalism and kindness. After being here for a very short period of time, I am very grateful to have this opportunity and appreciate all of the support from the staff here - from getting a dolly to help move items in, to quick responses to faucet questions, or getting help to mount a TV - without this support, the transition would be much more frustrating. Highly recommend this property and staff!

I fell in love with 300 Railway the moment I drove up and living there did not disappoint. I just ended a year lease there (only leaving because I'm moving out of area). I felt safe and peaceful here, which was appreciated after a very tough 2020. Neighbors were all ages, all friendly and chill. Everyone seemed to have a dog, which I enjoyed. Apartments are clean and seem quite new. Lots of beautiful well-maintained common areas on the 1st and 4th floors. Check out the pictures here on Yelp--those are accurate. I really appreciated the staff who are onsite M-F. Brenda in the front office is friendly, easy-going, and always ready to help. Two other staff work onsite every day cleaning the common areas and doing building repairs. I found all of them kind and responsive to my requests and concerns. As another review mentioned, the trash rooms do get out of hand sometimes and could be better maintained on a daily basis. But also this starts with the residents. I was stunned by how (some) people dumped even loose garbage on the floor instead of putting in bags or down the chute. It's not that hard! Trash rooms aside, this is a clean, well-maintained apartment building with beautiful common areas and overall chill vibe, with management that's really paying attention. I'll miss living there!

Excellent facility with overpriced apartments. A single bedroom is around 3000$. No specials, nothing. Not even good school district for this pricey complex.

Okay 90% sure they removed my previous review. We lived here for about a year in 2019-2020. When we first moved in, they forgot it was our move in day. When we walked into the apartment there were tools left over, dust everywhere, and it was not cleaned. Our second day living there, we went out to walk on the creek trail around 8 pm one night. We returned only to find out our keys did not work to let us back into the apartment. We had to JUMP the fence to get back in. After about a month or two of living there we got an email from the office lady saying that we didn't clean up our dogs p**** We are extremely vigilant about this and would never allow this to happen. The next day we walked around the dog park and noticed lots of smaller dogs p**** mind you our dog is 95lbs. Trust me when I say if we left his p*** out you'd notice. She was extremely rude in the delivery of this. About a month before we moved out, the ceiling on the first floor caved in due to a pipe breaking. This blocked off access to the mailroom for about 4-5 days. The trash room is always disgusting and full of boxes. Do not live here - save your money

Not only does this place look amazing but so are the people working at the front desk! Made a very last minute appointment today with my boyfriend. Ismael was SO helpful and friendly. He was very informative and professional. He answered all our questions and showed us several units! Hope to make this our future home ! Thanks Ismael!

My boyfriend and I had been looking at several different apartment complexes the past couple of months but nothing we'd seen was a must-have. One day on a walk, we saw 300 Railway and were in awe of how beautiful it was. We immediately set up a tour to see the whole complex, and were blown away by how nice the units and amenities were. Ismael and Brenda were so warm and friendly, and reached out to let us know about an amazing promotion they were having on select units. Once we saw our future unit and heard the great deal we could get for it, we said yes! We've lived here a few weeks now and couldn't be happier with our decision!

I love this apartment! It is well made, quiet, and in a great location! I looked at multiple buildings but as soon as I came here I knew it was home. Ismael, Brenda, and Umberto are all so great and helpful. I truly couldn't picture myself living anywhere else!

We have lived here for 10 months and couldn’t be happier. We signed for another 18 months and don’t care to leave until we buy a house. The staff is AMAZING. Humberto (maintenance) is so quick and so friendly, the place is always SPOTLESS and smells amazing thanks to Maria, and the front desk staff is always there for help with anything you need. There really is no better place in Campbell.

Lived here almost a month and it has been a great experience! Amenities are top notch and the rooms themselves are brand new and clean. Brenda and Jeannette are great building managers as well and are very helpful. Anyone looking for luxury living in the south bay should look no further.

Jeannette and Brenda are the absolute best. They have been so kind, patient, and accommodating towards me. I was one of the firsts to move in, and I can say I'm definitely living in luxury! Its amazing, and so peaceful here. They are always ready and willing to help when we need them, and go above and beyond for us. Thank you, thank you, thank you!!

This is a super new apartment. The management is very friendly. I just love staying here! The view that we get from our balcony is beyond what I could ever wish for. Imagine waking up to see the mountains everyday! The Los Gatos Creek trail is right behind the apartment. Makes it easy for us to take our dog on long walks. The whole building is very clean, classy and all the facilities are amazing! :)
