Why does the sign on the door say they are open until 5pm and they shut the doors on me at 4:02 pm and as I'm walking away let 1 more person in and send the rest of us waiting back home? Happens randomly.

Its 10:33 rn and it should've been open at 10:00. No sign on the door or any explanation on why it's not open
