One person royally messed it up here, I was in to finish a tax return as all I needed to was show the statement as to prove gains if any to see if it was even taxable came in before had no issues this time got told to bring the actual tax document that hasn't been sent yet to em really a downer as I couldn't get a question off and rushed out as if my only free time was wasted

Muy amable y profesional el señor que nos atendió. Fue un proceso rápido y dónde se nos explicó detalladamente cada renglón. Recomiendo hacer cita antes de ir y traer todos los documentos necesarios ya que eso ayuda a manejar mejor el tiempo. Como ya habíamos hecho cita cuando llegamos la persona ya nos estaba esperando. Recomiendo usar este lugar ya que tienen mejor conocimiento para ayudar a los militares ya que por experiencia previa (en otro lugar) por falta de conociendo tuvimos una pequeña situación que se pudo resolver en esta localidad. Lo recomiendo.

H&R Block is filled with tax professionals that take their time to understand each individual tax situation to better understand the client as an individual person rather than a number in the system. I appreciate everything they do for me every year.
