“Amazing atmosphere and very clean / organized department store. It's definitely very relaxing to shop here because they have such a large selection of apparel, jewelry, & general merchandise. J.C Penny's is always a treat to shop at. This specific department store is very large and spacious with all of the items spaces out. Everyone so far that we've met working there have been extremely helpful and courteous.”

I made the error to go to Walmart only to find they that none in-stock.Then I drove to this Target location...Not only did they have plenty of rice steamers in-stock, they had 3 size/price options!And this is a smaller location!Exactly why I love Target.Found some nice pants for work as well. “I haven’t been to this Walmart in a while. I usually go to the one on College in Carlsbad. But I was very impressed with the customer servic & cleanliness of this Walmart.Cindy was very helpful in the health and beauty isles. I had to access the locked cabinets twice and she came quickly and was super friendly and professional! I enjoyed getting to know her.I also inadvertently knocked over a side display and Alex the PepsiCo vendor was SUPER nice and cleaned it all up quickly. I was trying to help him and as he was cleaning it up but he kept saying that he would do it and Ididn’t need to help. This was was over and above, especially for someone that doesn’t work at the store but he represented Walmart and his company well!!!The bathroom were also very clean!”

“I like the store itself, but not some of the workers. There's 1 worker in particular, that is horrible. She's rude EVERY TIME I go in. A couple weeks ago I took my son in who had autism before school. I told him to get a snack, my son is very honest amd he cannot stand people who still. With that being said he grabs what he wants. I ask him how much he tells me 1.25. I go to pay amd they are 1.85. So I go look yo make sure the price is indeed right. Well I guess some worker put them in the wrong spot. I told the worker the problem. She calls this lady up. I go back with her to show her. She starts going it's in the wrong spot. I told her I didn't put 5 rows of the wrong candy there and neither did my son. She kept going, so I walked to the front to ask for manger. She also left with the bag of candy. Manger finally shows up and I start explaining the situation. The worker shows up and says oh it's in the wrong spot. I told her(the worker) that wasn't why she was sent back there. I kept asking her what the price was, the manger, and her coworkers were asking her. I told her why can't you just answer the question about the price. By this point everyone is starting to look because of this crazy situation over a price check”

I didn't have to interact with any employees, so I can't speak to their friendliness. The parking lot is shaded which is cool. It was relatively easy to get into and out of. “Target is my playground. I walk around for hours looking at all the s*** I wish I could buy. Unfortunately, this Target which is my "neighborhood" location, has a lot of room for improvement in terms of stocking, and just looking nice. Beauty section is abysmal. But, alas, Target will always get 5 stars in my book. (reward program anyone?!) This visit I got a beautiful touchscreen 15" laptop for 40% off. Must I say anymore?”

“Jayden is amazing!! he is such a team player, my husband and i came in tonight and there was the longest line ever and only one cashier with the self check out closed. he helped his coworker out, dealt with a karen who didn't understand his lane closed after us because she was "already there" and managed to remain positive and helpful the whole time and even reopened his lane when the line eventually got huge again. give this man a raise lol.”

“No complaints here! This location has all the staples, with some "specialty" items here and there. (Which, in my case on this occasion, was *chipotle* chili powder and a *triangle* of Parmesan.) The produce looks great! The layout of the store makes shopping effortless. The outer walkways are wide, and the aisles are typical. I've gone here first thing in the morning, mid-day, and early evenings... it's always clean. (A million times cleaner than the Vons on Tamarack in C'bad. LOL) The self check out actually functions properly, so that was nice. The only downside? THE HORRENDOUS PARKING LOT. You'll find parking, that's not the issue. It's the compact size of the lot and the fact that it's part of a strip mall with no less than three fast food restaurants, three small biz restaurants, a party supply store, an Auto Zone, a barber shop, nail shop... you get the point. A LOT GOING ON IN A SMALL AREA. But, I am SO THANKFUL this WalMart is here!”

“I noticed we can check online on the MCCS website for the calendar of events, but I rarely participate in them. In a week or so, there's about to be a book-signing! I love the countdown clock--it reminds me of the ones at the fitness centers. It's March, and it's about to be St. Patrick's Day, although I feel like the exchange might have more decorations for Easter. Nonetheless, I'm very thankful for the MCX!”
