Recently, all of my big packages have ended up ‘in a parcel locker’ (says Amazon) even though the same address on the package is the same address my thousands of other packages have been delivered to with no problem. I even sent my friend in Pollock a package, and it also ended up ‘in a parcel locker’ but there is nothing in the parcel locker and the post office doesn’t have them. Some people don’t have vehicles and this is why they get things delivered, so putting all of their packages in a parcel locker really isn’t helping at all — it defeats the whole purpose of ordering online. Some of them are also being left right at my gate instead of on my front porch. Strange this started happening since there’s been a new guy - is he just too lazy to drop them off at the front door (as stated in the package notes) or is he taking them? Because I’ve never had issues until he started doing deliveries. The other guy (he’s the best) ALWAYS drops all of my Amazon packages at my front door (I have cameras, so I know this for a fact). No bueno.

Our post office in Camino is the bomb. They work very hard to deliver the mail to our community.

Mail goes in the mail box, not on a rock where it can fly away in the wind. People have bills to pay, so be responsible, and don’t lay the mail down outside of the mail box. Extremely frustrating when you have to find your bills in the dirt, because they left your mail, with a package they delivered away from your porch.

Mail is sent back marked undeliverable instead of being put in mailbox on the road.

Specifically asked for packages to be delivered to the front door not the top of the road mailbox, instead of doing that they put some in the mailbox and then said the large baby gate could not be delivered because it wouldn’t fit in the mailbox. DUH. It’s a 19lb large package why even try and just ignore the fact it can be delivered to the house. Would not let me change the delivery address so instead we have to wait and see if they listen or just say it can’t be delivered again ?♀️

Friendly, helpful; very convenient. Especially with the uptick in on-line purchases, they handle those, too. Vacation stops -and starts- easy, peasy; either on-line or in person.

I’m annoyed. I received a package already opened and empty, and it has been impossible for me to contact somebody here. Phones aren’t working, and for some reason, at 11:30 AM, they’re closed. There also aren’t any signs on the doors about them being closed at this time, or when they’re going to open again.

In and out quick and easy not many parking spots though. Friendly people work there.

Very helpful, excellent and friendly customer service. They even had postal boxes available without a waiting list

I lost count how many times I have had to drive to this specific post office because they will not deliver a package into my mailbox OR drive up my drive way. There has been so many excuses. "Package wouldn't fit" and I get there and it is a small package that most certainly could fit in our oversized mailbox. I have had multiple overnight packages delayed because their carrier is too lazy to do their job. Today they said our gate was closed when I specifically left it open for this time sensitive package. I had to leave work early to pick up this package because it's a holiday weekend and they are closed Saturday and Monday. It's 4:00. Just picked up my package which means the carrier came back early. Like I said, lazy. Forget calling. They will make you stay on the line for 25 minutes for nothing. Horrible post office. Hate it. They do the bare minimum. Awful service. I have no idea why my sh*t just can't be sent to the Placerville location.

Post Master on his own decided not to deliver mail to our apartment complex on Pony express Trail Camino, CA. without notification to any of the residents. Seems a motorcycle ran over our old mail boxes. new boxes were put up 3 fee further in so he ordered the Postal Carrier to no longer deliver mail here. He neglected to tell any of his customers he was no longer delivering any mail to our address. The word now is he is moving our mail boxes to Snowline Drive out of safety concerns. We don't live on Snowline Drive. Any advice on who I should contact regarding this situation please write a comment.

Matt, our post master, took great care of us when a package went missing. Best post office I've ever worked with. Thanks for great customer service!
