Amazing service, communication, care and pricing! We had a pretty unique situation in that we were on our way to a camping/canoe trip. Our car was old and parts were hard to find.
Mike and Bob took excellent care of us and got us rolling again.
If we had to have a auto crisis I'm sure glad these guys were there!

They up there hours on all jobs and prices are ridiculous. I Saved hundreds of dollars going to Placerville.. DO NOT GO HERE SAVE YOUR MONEY AND GET YOUR STUFF FIXED BY A REAL MECHANIC THAT CARES!!

my car drove in and after the "repairs" it limped home. i paid for a transmission service and my car was sent home without ANY fluid barely driving. they also supposedly fixed my brakes, now i actually have less brakes than when i brought it in. dont trust this shop with your cars!! rip offffffff

I definitely recommend this shop! They are awesome people who are trustworthy, empathetic and very thorough with their work! I seriously cannot thank the mechanic enough for solving this head ache of a problem we had been dealing with on our 2000 4Runner. The women in the office are amazing as well.

I came in to get a diagnosis of an oil leak, and they took my van in and were able to perform the diagnosis in about half an hour. The staff were all very friendly, and the mechanic made sure to explain in detail what his recommendations were.

REAL MECHANIC REAL PEOPLE!!!!I’ve been taking my vehicle to TECHNICIAN PLUS these past few months for vehicle calibration and installations and Mike and Bob are hands down amazing people. Mike has went above and beyond in his work for my vehicle. His ability to diagnose and problem solve is a true gift. I trust these gentleman with my vehicle. This past year having developed on going issues, I started to feel helpless. And Today I found relief when Mike found the issue and assured me we can get the vehicle back to 100%.
