Our family went Christmas tree shopping then decided to stop at one of the Apple Hill Farms to enjoy some treats. Imagine our disappointment when we got stuck in their parking lot and had to call a tow truck to come pull us out. We first made a call to a different company, who told us a price the. Walked back up and added to their original price. On principal alone, we decided to look elsewhere. M & M was quick to answer our call and respond in our time of need. The driver was so kind, their service was fast and helpful and they responded quickly. We are so appreciative of them today! They saved our day and brought a truly helpful attitude after our terrible experience with the previous company.

This company completely saved our bacon. We're not used to snow and got our car stuck in kind of a dangerous spot. Called this company, they came out in half an hour, just like they said they would, and got us on our way very quickly. (And the driver was extremely nice about it when I called him multiple times because I was worried he wouldn't be able to find us.) I would absolutely call them again anytime I'm in the area.

These people were chosen by the highway patrol to tow my boat which had broken down. They ripped me off for $400. $400 to tow a car! Please boycott this business. That is literal highway robbery

So our RV broke down on highway 50 called this company for tow he shows up runs a diagnostic fixed a relay switch sent us on our way now he could have charged us the 850 for the tow as we had agreed but charged us nothing What an honest and caring person he certainly renews ones faith in humanity His last words enjoy your vacation
