Rx customer service is not good. There 4 pharmacists filling scripts while we, live bodies, are waiting for our shots and prescriptions. We've filled out pre-shot forms online and needed to refill them again.

If you need a pharmacy, this is not the place. The store itself is fine, but the pharmacy is horrid. Not only are they rude, they seem to be completely mismanaged. If they ever fill your prescription, expect to wait an hour to get checked out. I have bad experiences here in the past, but after this time last I will never come here again.

I'm posting to corroborate the other reviews. My experience with the pharmacy manager today was dreadful. I was picking up post-surgery medications for my daughter, and he was condescending and rude. Additionally he gave me inaccurate advice regarding her insurance. I rarely post negative reviews, but my experience today was so bad I'm compelled to.

This is by far the worse pharmacy I have ever been to in my entire life. They are rude and inconsiderate. I called three times in the four hours that my prescription was sent over to see if my medication was ready. The last time was at 6:30. They said (slightly frustrated at my calls) no it was not and they would call me when it was. At 6:58 I got an email saying my prescription is ready. I called and was told I would have to pick up tomorrow bc they close at 7.. ummm what?! Why not tell me that at 6:30 when I called?! I tried to explain I could not go all night without it and they repeated the pharmacy hours. I was up all night sick and in pain. The pharmacy staff is awful. I will never go here again. I hope they close and they also find themselves in a situation like I was in and realize they could have done better if they just showed me some common decency and respect.

If you want to be treated like an imbecile and enjoy abuse, please interact with the pharmacy manager at this location. I was referred to Walgreens by a CVS pharmacist in order to procure some insulin syringes for my T1 diabetic son because CVS had run out. He said that if I presented the prescribed vial of insulin that I could purchase them for cash. I was treated rudely by the Walgreens pharmacy manager to the extent that I would actually describe as hostile. How dare I even ask for such a product that is in short supply? I was given one package of 10 syringes for $5 and sternly ordered to not to show up again without a prescription. ... No problem ... I wouldn't go back if you paid me.

If there was a zero or negative rating, I would give it to this pharmacy. Medication is delayed every-single-time (or out of stock with no warning and no idea when it will be back in stock). I've had several instances where a notification telling me the medication is ready and they are randomly closed (during normal operating hours). I have also heard nothing from them at all and gone in several days later only to be told that they don't have the medication I need, or worse, the notification cycle that says it's delayed and will be ready by tomorrow morning, only to get the same notification the following day and play that game for weeks until you finally give up and call someplace else. There is immense turnover and they are chronically understaffed, leading to astronomical wait times.Beyond the terrible operations of the pharmacy, the licensed pharmacist (Zachariah Bui, CA Board of Pharmacy License #60515) is unprofessional, disrespectful and I've seen him create very embarrassing situations with loud discussion about patient ailments and medication. If you have experienced the rude, disrespectful, unprofessional and embarrassing conduct of the pharmacy here, I would recommend you file a complaint with the CA State Board of Pharmacy: pharmacy.ca.gov/consumer…If they have violated your privacy by discussing private matters openly, in front of other customers (especially when it appears intentional), I would also file a complaint with Walgreens Corporate:walgreens.com/pharmacy/p…It's only a matter of time before this place closes and hopefully, they'll get a pharmacist in there that takes their community role seriously. The current lead Zachariah Van Bui, should be ashamed of himself.

Useless. I was on hold for 10 minutes trying to talk to someone in the pharmacy. About every 2 minutes the hold would end and it would start ringing the phone. Every time, someone just picked it up and put me back on hold immidiately.

If you have a prescription here get it transferred to another store. 30 minutes in line and no help, 15 minutes per transaction. I'm sorry, Kaiser is even faster than this.

Tried giving there pharmacy a try and it sucks! Takes forever to get anything refilled, you have to call and sit on hold for 30 min just to not waste a drive to the pharmacy to get turned away. Staff at pharmacy is completely rude and acts like they have better things to do in a day! Complete joke of a pharmacy You could get a perception filled and a week later go pick it up and they still are filling it. STAY AWAY!!

The worst pharmacy ever. Every staff member is completely incompetent. Not to mention the head pharmacist is rude and condescending. Nice to know the district mgr is completely clueless. You have to wonder why the FDA allows this hole to remain in business.

This is by far the worst pharmacy that I've ever been to. They have a pharmacist that disappears into a locked room in the back perhaps for customer consults while four or five other people wait in line to be served Clerks have no access to the pharmacist during this ordeal,to approve the prescription orders. Customers ultimately get turned away and asked to come back, sometimes hours later.I have sat through the pharmacy drive-through line three cars deep only to have them close the pharmacy window and tell me they're at lunch or they are closed when it is my turn for service. Sometimes it will take 24 hours plus two or three trips before you can pick up your scrips. Expect unhappy and rude employees Avoid this place at all costs.

Worst pharmacist I have ever dealt with. Takes forever to fill a prescription. Come in 3 hours after Dr appt to pick up and order is not filled. They tell us it will be filled within an hour. Come in 2 hours later and it is STILL not filled. On top of that, pharmacy was completely closed today because somebody decided not to show up for work. Cashier said they have no idea if the pharmacy will be open tomorrow or for the rest of the week. Meanwhile, I am unable to transfer them to another Walgreens because the system shows the last refill is already filled at this location and there is nobody there to cancel it to allow them to fill at another location. So basically my refills are being held hostage at this location because pharmacist decided they didn't want to work today. We will be switching to CVS.

Zero stars!!! WITH an appointment I waited 1.5 hours to get a COVID booster and a flu shot. I ended up leaving with 2 ahead of me to get on an important zoom call. I should be able to send them a bill for wasting my time. There were more people waiting in the pharmacy than the number of customers in the rest of the store. There were 3 employees behind the counter. None seemed to be in a hurry and none seemed to know what they were doing. If you have high blood pressure this place is off limits!
