Rx customer service is not good. There 4 pharmacists filling scripts while we, live bodies, are waiting for our shots and prescriptions. We've filled out pre-shot forms online and needed to refill them again.

If you need a pharmacy, this is not the place. The store itself is fine, but the pharmacy is horrid. Not only are they rude, they seem to be completely mismanaged. Useless. I was on hold for 10 minutes trying to talk to someone in the pharmacy. About every 2 minutes the hold would end and it would start ringing the phone. Every time, someone just picked it up and put me back on hold immidiately.
