We just used Vision Mortgage on our home purchase in Pollock Pines. Wow, these guys are excellent. We had a complicated situation and they walked us through everything to accomplish a 14-day close. Staff was amazing and responsive. We were able to get pre-approved the same day. As we were paying off some debts, they were requesting for rapid rescores to lock in the best rates. They really fought for us. 5 stars all the way here.

I have done a handful of transactions with Amy Quijada over the past 10 years (or longer) and have given many referrals. It's rare to find a broker that you completely trust, and she (Vision Mortgage) has earned my trust. I have not done a recent transaction, in fact, my last transaction was in 2017 or 2018 I believe, and was a refinance which has held solid and strong since. I always check in with her every year or so, and will continue in the future to include her in opportunities. She will shoot it straight and to-the-point, and we have been doing remote transactions since before they were popular. I live in the Bay Area and she helped us buy our home here in 2014 and we never had to go to an office to sign anything. We met through a real estate agent friend I would say in the early 2000's and I saw her work servicing many of this agent's deals. She helped us buy our first home as well. Let me just say the following words that describe what you will experience working with her- Peace of Mind, Comfortable Pace, Easy to talk to, diligent work for you...because of her values- Integrity, Commitment, Honesty, Grit, and Diligence. Again, there was not a recent transaction that prompted this review, but I saw a photo of this office in Cameron Park and was reminded that I was supposed to write a review a long long time ago. Well, I'm not even sure where to begin with this review. I'm sure Amy has had her fair share of complicated home buying process but our might be one of the top contenders. We start our home buying process in March, in the midst of the process the big COVID-19 pandemic happened... Things were going smooth, and we were set to in April, until they put new overlays into affect and my husband hours were modified because of the pandemic and we no longer qualified. Literally set to close and within 1 day we weren't. Amy fought for us day in and day out! She NEVER gave up on us and helped us every step of the way. I could go on and on about more details but 4 months later... we are officially homeowners thanks to all Of Amy's hard work and determination. I will recommend her to EVERYONE of our friends and family. If we didn't have Amy we wouldn't have ever closed on our home, she is AMAZING and will fight for you and not give up!

I signed my final documents for my home today. It was a long 6 months of highs and lows. I want to give a shout out to Amy and Karen. They went hard in the paint for me! When I thought all was lost and wanted to throw in the towel, Amy was there with positivity and patience. Karen ran numbers like a champion, and it came out alright in the end. Along with my realtor, these ladies made my dream come true. I cannot sing their praises enough. If you want fighters on your side choose Vision Mortgage, and ask for the dynamic duo of Amy Quijada and Karen Ramos.

HUGE thanks to Amy and the team at vision mortgage!!! Between Amy and Karen they got the job done and my wife and I closed on our home April 25th. Thanks so much my for all the hard work, all the back and forth text, even a few text i NEVER meant to send, A shout out for the person who sits at the counter in the front office, bubbly and happy and very pleasant.
