I did not get the spelling but Chris/Kris? Thanks for your help but clear communication is important, free means free, a loan agreement needs to be discussed even if my out of pocket cost is $.01 I need to know about that as it is still a loan under my name. Please keep it in mind for future customers.
Thanks Jesús for clearing things up, hopefully I will not be back about this issue.

Excellent customer service. I walked in and was helped in a matter of seconds. Jesus was so attentive, helpful and had a great personality. I always dread the up grade process when getting a new phone , but this was a no pressure, relaxed experience. Thank you Jesus!

Josh is amazing!!! Second time he has helped me and he is so friendly and knowledgeable. Seriously great customer service, even when I feel I'm asking a stupid question, he explains it and shows me how to fix it in the future. He should be a trainer for all Verizon stores. Thank you!!!

I’ve been a Verizon. Customer for 27 years and one thing I can say their phone service is awesome. But the instore experience is simply horrible- I have yet to go into a Verizon store and not have to call customer support because of some antic the instore employees do to earn their commissions. They will absolutely do just about anything to get you for stuff using their 70s car dealer approach to selling. The customer is not the focus whatsoever. For my 6/13 experience I went to get a replacement phone. I knew what I wanted and Josh the salesperson when to the back to grab it. I made him aware that I needed 2 of my 7 lines to have international calling added. While changing it he noticed my daughter had a watch number sharing with an Apple Watch. He stated I would start having compatibility issues with her phone which mind you was not the phone I was replacing. He said we can “switch it for you for free “ since you’ve been with Verizon 27 years and “it’s the least we can do for a long time customer “. I agreed and he cancelled my existing number on the watch, and added a new line with a new number. He had technical issues and had to call in tech support and during that recorded conversion “yes I know I am churning a number which I know I shouldn’t “. I had no idea what that meant and did not ask. Well today 6/14 I went back to trade in the devices and guess what the trade in value of the watch was $180, but the new watch was $299.- not free and the sales person then had the nerve to say well “it’s free because you’re getting $200 for the phone you are turning in”. That special math only makes sense to Verizon employees. To make things worst when I looked at the invoice for 6/13 he charged me $39.99 and $29.99 to set up and go for devices that where still fully sealed and that I went home to set up since I didn’t have the devices with me. It’s infuriating how I haven’t yet to meet an honest Verizon employee . It’s always something ! Retail will continue to decline due to antics like this. I would never recommend anyone to shop in Verizon stores- 27 years later what keeps its the network and this time is the very last one I step inside a Verizon retail location. The sales culture simply hasn’t changed…and I hated and don’t recommend anyone getting ripped off by visiting their locations.

Had to give a shout out to and for BOTH Josiah and Trey-who helped me out of my stress breakdown mode. I have bought each of my last 5 phone from this location-Primarily because their customer service...I uploaded an app that installed a virus onto my phone-locked it up-And they didn't hesitate to delve in...They peeled me off the wall-And made me feel like my business really did/does matter. Thanks gentlemen...will be back again-for my next one! :0

I needed to transfer all my info from my old android to my new iphone, Jesus from the Verizon store in Cameron Park was very helpful and took all the time necessary for me to have all my information transferred. He did a great job and I recommend his service.

My phone quit while on my way over the summit, snowing, and I needed a phone. Found this store, and sales person Jesus was able to get me a great deal on a phone I really liked, and most of all, he made sure I had all my photos and messages transferred to the new phone, especially the ones of my daughter who passed away a few years ago… He had me make sure everything I wanted had transferred before I left the store. Thank you, Jesus ??
