“AAA screwed us with a 4 hour wait at our total eval shop with no updates on a pre scheduled pickup an hour from home. All this after numerous delays and their attempted underbid on our insurance claim (several "accidentally" missing features from our eval). We canceled our tow 30 mins before the shop closed as AAA: "couldn't find a truck, probably till tmw".United saved us today! They got to us within an hour with updates and little notice. Reasonable price, great driver, great service. UNITED gets our $, AAA gets my A$$.”
“My experience with Bonanza was really great. My 1992 Pathfinder was stolen off the street in SF, and the thief totally bent up my steering wheel wrangling a Club off. Amazingly, they had a 1992 in the yard that matched my burgundy red interior, and they shipped the new steering wheel to me within a few days. The cost was completely reasonable, and they were responsive and professional.”

“Price is great which speaks to why they are so busy and sometimes cannot get you in for a couple weeks. Clear communication, and willing adjust their prices when they don’t use the quoted time. This shows their honesty and integrity. The only downside is my check engine light still keeps coming on so I’m not sure if they are totally fixing the problem. However, when it leaves the shop, it seems to run fine, that being said I would still recommend the shop to others.”
