Sheldon was superb! Answered every question I had in a calm and clear manner. More importantly, every time I called he answered or called me back within minutes to clarify some question I had. I am very appreciative to have gotten his help and service, and I even got a better rate than one of the bigger lending firms was willing to do. Can't say enough good things. Thanks again!

I've bought multiple houses, but have never refinanced one. Sheldon was highly recommended by several friends. I too totally agree with them. He and Lisa made the process so easy. I have worked with Sheldon since 2015 when I was trying to buy my first house. Sheldon was recommended to me by a colleague (who currently serves as the Commissioner of California Department of Business Oversight). Since our first interaction, Sheldon has constantly advised me on my mortgage and refinance options. When the time was right (in 2020), Sheldon proactively reached out to me with multiple refinance options. His proactive approach helped me lock my rates at lowest rate possible (3.25) and helped me remove the PMI which was bothering me for the last 4 years. In addition to this, Sheldon has helped my friends with their first mortgage and subsequent refinances. Sheldon Cooney was a referral from a couple people in my office. I did a refi on my condo and it was one of the smoothest transactions ever! Sheldon started off with giving me a very comprehensive analysis on my current mortgage vs the refi. I completed everything online except for the final signing - which the processor came to my house. Very happy with my decision to go with Sheldon and I will definitely recommend him to anyone I know looking for mortgage help.
