Joy has helped us buy and sell 5 homes in ElDorado and Sacramento counties. She and her business partner are very knowledgeable and professional. We have referred several family and friends who have thanked us for referring them to Joy. I would highly recommend Joy Bowles to anyone needing help with real estate!

Update: I was threatened with legal consequences if I didn't take down this post. Is Joy Bowles really the person you want handling your real estate needs?Response to her response: She showed my house to her clients and disrespected it. We did not meet in person, but she was in my house showing it to her clients.To sum up this realtor in one word, I would have to say "disrespectful". I was shocked at how she treated our house. It was like she could care less that we spent days getting it ready to show. We thoroughly cleaned everything, only to have her walk in her shoes and dirty the place up. She was told to put on booties or take her shoes off. The booties were literally by the front door. She could've cared less. I don't know how anyone could hire this woman or trust her to take care of their real estate needs. You can do a lot better than Joy Bowles as your realtor.

I have bought and sold multiple homes with some good Realtors. Most recently, I worked with Joy Boyles. I found Joy to be the best! She was everything one would want in a Realtor, extremely professional, hard-working, knowledgeable, responsive, and paid close attention to all of those little details. So, with that said, I highly recommend Joy!

Joy has been our agent on two transactions now. She has extensive knowledge of the market and is a subject matter expert. Most recently, she helped us maneuver through a very difficult transaction, in a very challenging real estate market. She assisted in negotiating a fair price on our purchase and was consistently even mannered while working with challenging buyers agents during an unprecedented, tumultuous time in real estate. Her personal attention to the needs of our family, ensured that not only did we sell above asking for our home, but she found us a home that perfectly suited our needs. As a matter of fact, she knew us so well that she found the home we loved before we set eyes on it. She knew we'd see a life there before we did. Once we stepped in the door, we fell in love. That is personalized care. Joy is firm and steady when needed, but compassionate and caring always. I highly recommend Joy if you want an experienced area expert with a stellar reputation.

I had the pleasure of working with Realtor Joy Bowles recently. I was immediately impressed with her knowledge & foresight concerning the escrow process. She was able to forecast all aspects of closing well ahead of time. Because of this she is the perfect realtor to avoid potential issues that can beset other (less-experienced) real estate agents. She even hired a contractor right in the middle of escrow, and still closed on time. Everybody was happy with her prowess and results that she alone delivered. Whether you are looking for a residential or commercial realtor, I highly recommend Joy Bowles!
