The technician was great. I made a reservation for an appointment. I have successfully made reservations on-line in the past. This time your system cancelled or deleted my appointment with no trace. I use a computer daily for work and have done so for more than 35 years, so I'm probably a little bit above the beginner level when it comes to navigating websites on-line.

Have been using this Quest location for about 3 years now and it’s always been a good experience. Seems that all the bad reviews are many years old. Quick and easy in and out with an appointment. The staff has always been friendly.(except for one low key guy, but he did a fine blood draw with no pain.)This location also seems less crowded than others. My appointments are early morning so can’t say about other hours of the day.

My experience at Quest today couldn't have been more perfect! I arrived for my 7:20 AM appointment 15 minutes early and they sent me a text with a link to check in 10 minutes before the appointment. So you wait in the privacy of your car.Once I clicked on the check-in button I was called in just a few minutes later by a very friendly and pleasant Casey. She confirmed my information and located my doctor's orders, which had been sent 3 months earlier.Then Casey told me to wait in one of the blood draw rooms and she would be there soon. She showed up just a minute later and drew my blood in what seemed like seconds.I was done with my appointment just BEFORE 7:20 AM and on my way home. This is literally the best medical experience I have ever had. I will use Quest from now on for all my blood work. Thank you so much Casey!

This place is amazing, they were very helpful. After a long morning of taking my Mother to Medical Appointments. We finished up our day up with quest diagnostic here in Cameron Park. Kimberly was amazing and very helpful. Our experience wouldn't have been the same if it wasn't right here and with her.Thank you so much

I made a mistake in scheduling an appointment at Cameron Park Quest. I fully acknowledge it was my error. That said, someone at the lab could have been helpful. Here's what I experienced- My 94 year old WWII vet and I waited 30 minutes in the lobby and heard numerous voices from behind the door chatting and laughing. Never during that 30 minute wait did we see an employee. When one finally rolled out, we were abruptly told no walk in's and that there were at least 8 people in front of us. There was just one name ahead of us on the sign in the lobby, as well as just one name after us. I kindly and calmly explained I made a mistake in scheduling, and asked if she could she work us in during the lull in patients. NO. This man gave up his senior year of high school to help you have the life you have and you refused to help him? Try spending a portion of the time you spend on your hair on human kindness. Your patients, who contribute to your pay check, will thank you. Practice kindness and professionalism. You will likely feel much better. QUEST - DO NOT bother responding to this. Your words are meaningless. How unfortunate that Quest is cutting hours and closing locations. Perhaps you'd consider a few more labs with extended hours and additional training for your staff. I miss the fabulous staff from the East Bidwell location. Those ladies were the best. Cameron Park Quest, I am only selecting one star to get this posted.
