What seemed like a cumbersome errand, Cathi treated us like friends as opposed to customers. She helped us with envelopes and gave a few choices with pricing. Cathi also identified which tracking number belonged to which address on our receipt. We will definitely use the UPS Store for any shipping or printing needs.”

“I needed some large foam board photos and customs cards (image on one side, prayer on the other) for a celebration of life. Carrie and Drew listened to my ideas and were able to create exactly what I needed, with a very short time frame to work with. They were able to take photos and enlarge them without distorting the images. Our guests loved how they turned out. Branded serves more than just local schools and businesses, they serve the whole community. I love that I was able to use a local company where I could pop in and check in on my order. They really listened to how I imagined my items would look, and make it reality. I am so thankful for the creative people that they are. On top of it all, the costs were extremely reasonable, and they took extra care to package my order with extra protection from the rain. Communication was great, and they never left me hanging. “So, I'm a teacher and when I needed a new pencil sharpener, in November, I stopped on in. I picked up the most industrial one I could find and added the warranty because... kids. Now it's May and my pencil sharpener died. I headed back into the store for a replacement. Blake and his team did everything in their power to make sure I did not leave without a replacement. “I had a great experience at this FedEx location recently. On Saturday 6/24 I came in once they opened to print three documents that I needed for my baby shower, also that same day. Although I should've came in earlier that week to get things done, but as a true procrastinator I waited until the last minute. Maria was by herself for about 30-35 minutes until another team member arrived. With a total of four customers and others who walked in after all of us, she was able to prioritize each person's needs and was able to effectively help each customer out. She helped me resize two files and print all three documents out. Without Maria's help, I wouldn't have been able to add these special details to my special day so thank you so much Maria! I will definitely return and hopefully be able to have Maria's help again.”

“Went there to have a few documents faxed. Everyone was so welcoming and helpful. They have just about everything in there!! It will be great to buy my future reams of paper from there too instead of ordering online. Faxing was so much cheaper than the bigger name parcel services.”
