I HATE leaving negative reviews but this whole experience has been frustrating. I took my dog to the groomers, where she ended up with lacerations all over her body and needed to be taken to the vet, as she has gotten post grooming furunculosis (which doesn't show symptoms until 24-48 hours after the groom). I have been trying to get them to pay for the vet bill since this whole nightmare was caused by their groomers and I have been hearing NOTHING. Every time I am told that somebody will reach out and nobody has for well over a month now. This post is my last ditch effort to hear ANYTHING before I start the legal process of suing them. I was told that if I hadn't taken my dog to the vet when I did that she very well could have died. The photos included show the blood caused by the lacerations. She is doing better now luckily but this whole experience has been awful.

I went in to get de-wormer, but it was so expensive there that I wasn't able to get it ? I'm doing some more research on it to find out if my puppy ? actually has worms and if so then what kind of medicine he needs and then find a place that carries it for the cheapest price possible.

Terrible customer service would not sell us a goldfish because we didn’t have a water sample and we have an aquarium at home. Ridiculous.

I had an appointment for grooming my dog and when I got there they said they couldn't shave him because of his mats. I had to see a vet.

I love this store. Every one is friendly and helpful. We recently moved to this area and they have been so helpful with things for my dog I never needed before.

Friendly staff, good selection of food and other supplies! Nice to have a place where you can get what you need when you need it and have the option to read labels and interact with others.

First off, i would like to start with JOANN, older woman with short red hair. I'm not even sure how she is employed there with having the worst attitude and customer service I have experienced at any petco. Absolutely appauling! This store is consistently having issues with their fish, either no stock or sick fish. Bought a baby Oscar who had white spot, was able yo treat but I highly suggest shopping somewhere else altogether. This store is awful.

This was the worst experience I have ever had with a groomer. The cut was much shorter than requested. It was a compete hash job. I am attaching pictures so you can see he's been scalped on his chest and the jawline is completely screwed up. In addition, behind his ear is all messed up. Petco was recommended by a friend, so I am doubly disappointed. Will never recommend you to anyone.
