Absolutely the worst experience ever. I had to have my taxes and books redone elsewhere last minute. All the work was poorly done and the bookeeper was non responsive and argumentative. I highly recommend not using this team for your tax and books.

Vaughn prepared our joint 2016 return. Great job. Quick, thorough and great documentation. Even gave us tips for getting ready for next year's return. My wife and I plan to retain her for many years to come.

Vaughn has been my family's CPA for over 20 years. My father trusted her work and her ethics implicitly, as do I! I would never go anywhere else. My son is the 3rd generation to trust in Vaughn!

This was the worst experience ever! I could probably write a 5 page negative review about how this place is operated and what they did to us. We came to Vaughn to have her do our books for our small business...We Specifically asked her if she had experience in our line of work and if she could do what we needed her to do and she said of course, that it was no different from any other business. So she starts the process. A month later we call to follow up with her and she blames her employees for the reason our books wasn't done and for it taking so long. She literally said that the employee that she entrusted all of our personal information to didn't know what she was doing and that the entire month was a waist of time. She then started stating that our business is different then what they were used to and they just needed to come up with a system. I should have taken all of our stuff at that moment when the red flags started to surface but I really thought she would do the right thing and she convinced us that everything was under control so I decided to let her continue. She said she hired a new guy and that he new what he was doing. During the next month Vaughns office called us nearly 30 times asking us for the same stuff that we had already given them multiple times. Everyone in her office seemed to be on a different page! It was straight Chaos! When ever we would call to check on progress Vaughn would bad mouth her employees and tell us it was their fault. She openly said that if she was in our shoes that she would be pissed! I'm going to make this the short version because like i said before, I could write a 5 page negative review about what she put us through. 3 months later...after she fires 2 more employees, after every excuse in the book she then comes to us and says that our books were done and that we are not going to like the bill...I was thinking to myself shes not going to charge me for their stupidity and their mistakes right??? Wrong...she then hands me a bill for $3500 on top of the thousands of dollars we already paid her. I was pissed but I thought to myself as long as my books are correct then I guess i'll pay it and obviously never use her again. Now this is when the real fun starts. My wife and I were in the process of buying our first home and we were in escrow and we were supposed to close escrow in 10 days. The loan underwriter ask us to provide them with a third party prepared books to prove that we didn't do our own books. We contacted Vaughn to have her send Wells Fargo a copy of what she did with her signed work. SHE REFUSED! She would not send a SIGNED copy of the work she did for us! I asked her why in the world would she not simply sign her work or at least put her offices letter head so Wells fargo knows that we ourselves didn't just put any numbers we wanted on a piece of paper and send it to them. She then tells me that the information she provided us was not 100 percent accurate!!!! I was flabbergasted to say the least..I did not spent over 5 grand for a so called professional to do our books for them to be inaccurate numbers!!! As I went back and started to look through the work Vaughn had provided us I began to realize that I had completely been SCAMMED and that I had wasted my money. To make the situation even worse the under writer called Vaughns office to simply verify that she indeed prepared our books and Vaughn told the underwriter that she NEVER DID OUR BOOKS!!!!!!!!!!! And we had to take all of our stuff to a REAL CPA and have everything done all over! I tried to give Vaughn the opportunity to refund us our money but of course she would not even respond to my emails or calls. This was the worst business transaction I have EVER EXPERIENCED! BEWARE, BEWARE, BEWARE! That all I can say.

I've worked with Vaughn Johnson for over nine years for both "S" corp tax preparation, Quickbooks advice, and personal income tax preparation. She is knowledgeable, responsive, and honest. I highly recommend her services whether your tax situation is complex or simple.
