UNIT BROKEN INTO AND STUFF STOLEN THE FIRST MONTH .I Rented A Large Unit , And The FIRST MONTH , Someone Cut The Bolt That Goes Into The Bold Receiver So They Could Open My Unit And Take Stuff , Which They Did . They Very First Month I Moved In Someone Broke Into My Unit And Stole Stuff .The Manager Nor Any One Else From This Place Contacted Me To Tell Me About The Break In , When I Discovered My Unit Had Been Broken Into Myself , The Manager Said SEVERAL Units Had The Same Thing Happen But He Told Me Nothing Was Stolen . And Since "Nothing was stolen" The El Dorado County Sheriffs Deputies Would Do Nothing About It . I Didn't Notice The Missing Items Til Later On Because I Had So Much Stuff In There And Since The El Dorado County Sheriff's Office Is Corrupt , Incompetent And Evil I Didn't Report My Missing Items To Them As I Don't Want To Waste My Time .When I Did Find My Unit Bolt Had Been Cut (IN SUCH A WAY THAT FROM FAR AWAY YOU COULDN'T EASILY TELL IT HAD BEEN CUT , WHICH INDICATES AN EXPERIENCED CRIMINAL HAD DONE IT) Just Across From My Unit I Noticed ANOTHER Bolt Had Been Cut The Same Way Mine Was . Foothill Mini Storage Replaced The Cut Bolt But They Also Replaced The Lock So I Was Locked Out Of My Unit For 2 Days Til They Gave Me The New Lock Key .So I Quick Moved My Stuff Out Of This Non-Secure Place . I Had The Past Year Put Stuff In Storage At A Different And More Secure Location In Cameron Park For 6 Months And I Never Had Any Problems There . I Would Recommend You Put Your Stuff In A More Secure Facility .If This Company Responds I'm Not Going To Read It As They Never Contacted Me To Tell Me My Bolt Was Cut , Which Could Indicate That It Was An Inside Job , As I Only Had My Stuff There For A Month , I Was Quick To Fill The Unit So Not Many People Saw Me Load It , A Security Camera Was Pointing Directly At My Unit So This Company MUST Have Seen On Video Someone Cutting The Bolt To My Unit , But Foothill Mini Storage Never Told Me About The Bolt Being Cut Despite Them Telling Me Several Other Units Had Been Broken Into , So All That Combined Plus The Fact That It Happened The First Month I Was There Is Why I Think It Is Very Possible Or Likely That Someone Inside This Business Possibly Was Involved In The Break In , As They On Security Camera Were Pretty Much The Only People Who Saw Me Unload My Stuff Into The Unit . Not Much Was Taken From My Unit But The Way The Bolt Was Cut I Believe Someone Was Going To Come Back And Take More Stuff Later , Which Is Why They Cut The Bolt And Re-Set It To Look Like It Had Not Been Cut ...... And Again The Company Told Me THEY NEVER NOTICED THAT MY UNIT HAD BEEN BROKEN INTO DESPITE A CAMERA POINTING DIRECTLY AT MY UNIT .UNIT BROKEN INTO AND STUFF STOLEN THE FIRST MONTH .

I love this place! The staff is very friendly and the facility is secure and clean. I trust that my belongings are kept safe and secure and I highly recommend this storage facility to anyone looking for a decent self storage facility.

Three times I have tried to access my storage unit and been denied entrance due to a malfunctioning gate. There is no emergency phone number to call for help. If you call the office after 4:30 on Friday, your call will not be returned until Monday. There is no staff available on the weekend. I can't even begin to say how frustrated I am with this place.

Dina is the best manager! She provided me with a new lock when I put it on wrong! She cut my old one off and replaced it with a. Ew quality lock at no extra charge! Great customer service!! Thanks Dina!!
