I want to recognize this store because, I go to CVS on green valley road usually they are my go to CVS most often,and, genuinely outstanding. I go there for all my medial products n perscriptions ...but, when, in Cameron Park I go to this CVS. I am a senior person who has disabilities..I have a walking, breathing and now an injury in my back from a fall... I say all this because, I believe all of us need to be recognized for outstanding kindness and gracious service to another. This is the case here. Having to go here to return Light bulbs, I had purchased a few weeks past after an appointment. Today I was returning from my doctors office near by and finding it very very difficult and painful to enter I met a most wonderful and amazing customer service lady named,Tanie. She immediately made sure I had a chair and inquired as to my needs. I explained and she went way out of her way to help. She led me to the pharmacy and instantly I was helped by the pharmacy staff. And, I was not the only person that needed help. But, they're service was fast and efficient... For all. Then Tanie returned to help me in the store. She found cosmetics I haven't been able to find after looking in a few places. At other places. She helped me while helping others as well, with her efficient n beautiful nature. No prolonged waiting and I had a chair she had gotten for me. After I had gotten everything I needed she walked me the door to, make sure I had gotten to my car safely parked right outside. Seriously, she is a Veryyyyy outstandingly wonderful human being a great and lovely young lady...and, amusingly Great giving Customer Care ... Thank you sincerely Tanie for making me safe and cared for. Thank you

Poor customer service. They don't seem to answer the phone. Generally understaffed. Weak management. Stay away from this place and avoid unnecessary frustration.

Would give them a 0 if I could. A rude, vulgar person named Amy I believe. Screamed and hollered at me after being in there 3 different times to pick up medication for my mother who had just gotten out of the hospital. She lied through away my prescription when it was faxed over and then it was filled improperly. It was a nightmare. I'll be contacting corporate. Worst experience of my life.

Worst customer service I have ever encountered. I think the Pharmacist got his degree from a Cracker Jack box.

Posted hours for pharmacy are not true and they don't answer the phone! They have no staff and hold your medications hostage! So disappointed! CVS use to be a great pharmacy!

I go here for all my medications because I live nearby. I frequently have problems. The staff are all very friendly but I often run into problems with medications not being filled, or the pharmacy not receiving my prescription from my doctor's office at all, and having to call my doctor to send the prescription a second time so it can be filled. There are also really long wait times to talk to the pharmacy over the phone, which is not any of the employee's fault, but the lack of funding they have to hire enough people to run the pharmacy section efficiently. I feel bad for the pharmacy techs when they are very busy, and there is nothing you can do but be patient.

Went here to get my COVID booster and im not from the area, I let them know that I didnt have my card and the staff went to go ask the pharmacist next best steps. All I hear from the front counter is them in the back bickering and complaining how hard it is for them to get my info on a card. And why I need to go back to the original CVS (location is over 400 mi away from me) I didnt appreciate the lack of support and disingenuous customer service I was receiving. Management either needs to keep their staff in check or if youre going to talk sh*t leave it until after the patient leaves. Im not one to write reviews but feel compelled to write this one.

Can't say enough good things about the pharmacy side. Even though the line was a little long I got serviced pretty quick. Came in for a Tdap vaccine and I'm inherently afraid of needles but Alyssa the pharmacist thoroughly went over everything and put me at ease. In the end she gave me the shot with no pain whatsoever! All in all a great experience.
