Great veterinary and hospital. Multiple doctors and a great staff. Run by Erin Felton who is practicing and my favorite. I’ve been going there for over 10 years now with my labrador retrievers and our cat. Erin is very knowledgeable and a dog owner also.

I have been going to companion animal Hospital for many years. I recently took my cat there who had injured her front left leg the first time I took her there. I told them to do anything and everything to figure out what her injury was and how we could fix her and take her out of pain because she was in severe pain. They chose not to do x-rays. They sent her home with me. She was still in so much pain, so I had to make another appointment reluctantly, because I was kind of not understanding why they did not x-ray her the first time when I told them to do everything and anything they could to fix her. and figure out what was wrong with her. The second time I took her there, they were questioning whether I should have her x-rayed or not which I responded, please x-ray her. They x-rayed her and found out there was inflammation around the leg. She was limping on. They were able to give her a medication that took her pain away and she is doing a lot better now. I made a post about this on next-door. And now the owner of companion animal Hospital herself not a husband, but the wife made a rude text message to somebody I know personally. The owner knows this person that I know and the owner chose to text her and say it’s too bad that Michelle took to social media to bash my business companion animal Hospital. It really upset the person she text and it upset me knowing that all of this has to do with me and not somebody I know. I cannot believe the owner of companion animal Hospital would text somebody to harass them about me posting something on social media. I’m still in shock about this whole situation. all I wanted was for my cat to get taken care of and now I’m extremely upset that the owner herself would text somebody I know to harass them And has left me with the feeling that I should no longer go to companion animal Hospital, or else I will suffer repercussions from the owner because I posted something on social media about my visit.

My yorkie came in for an infected eye and they not only got him in the same day (3-4 docs on site) , but they prescribed him the right meds the first time around. Pricing was fair. I would highly recommend this place.

We just switched to Companion Animal hospital and we love it. They are kind, prompt, and our get was lovely. Their prices are reasonable and the facilities are clean and spacious.

We have never written a review before, but our experience at Companion Animal Hospital was so abysmal, we feel compelled to warn others. We have been seeing Companion Animal Hospital for about one year since our previous vet retired. They seemed competent and we know of several other people who bring their pets here. One of our dogs was suddenly in pain, so we brought him in and part of the treatment was x-rays. At that point, we authorized the radiologist to look at them. We were told then, at the appointment, that we would get a call back that afternoon or the next morning. We didn't get a call back - not that day nor the next, nor the day after that so we called the clinic and no one answered. So we left a message. This happened three times, and finally, after a week of no communication from the vet, we called our credit card company to dispute just that portion of the bill. In the meantime, I consulted with another vet to make sure that our dog was comfortable and didn't need any further work up or treatment. The owner finally called us back (after two months) and is completely deceptive, stating that they did call back and they have it in their logs. Of course they do - they basically doctored their files and made a false entry that they called when they actually didn't. Bottom line - this clinic lies. We spend money on our pets - a lot of money; they get whatever they need - and the $110.00 was not the issue. The lack of care and communication was - and still is - the issue. Apparently, this clinic is having financial problems because that $110.00 means the world to them. We have since moved our pet business to Meridian Veterinary Care. Now that is an awesome vet clinic. The doctors call you back with test/-ray results!!
